Nets Shun Court Docs that Accuse Rep. Omar of Home-Wrecking

Around Tuesday afternoon, news reports started breaking that anti-Semitic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) was accused in divorce filings of stealing the husband of a Washington, D.C. mother, Dr. Beth Mynett. The liberal broadcast networks of ABC, CBS, and NBC, who normally flock to such stories when they involve porn stars and President Trump, were nowhere to be seen on these accusations during their evening newscasts.

Reporting on the allegations, the New York Post wrote:

Dr. Beth Mynett says her cheating spouse, Tim Mynett, told her in April that he was having an affair with the Somali-born US representative — and that he even made a “shocking declaration of love” for the Minnesota congresswoman before he ditched his wife, alleges the filing, submitted in DC Superior Court on Tuesday.

The New York Post also reported that Omar and Tim Mynett actually had a business relationship in which “[t]he 37-year-old congresswoman and mom of three paid Tim Mynett and his E. Street Group approximately $230,000 through her campaign since 2018 for fundraising consulting, digital communications, internet advertising and travel expenses.”

The accusations also drew a TV report from Fox News chief breaking news correspondent Trace Gallagher during Tucker Carlson Tonight.

“Apparently, Omar paid [Tim] Mynett and his E Street consulting group about $230,000 through her campaign for things like fund-raising, digital communications, and travel expenses,” Gallagher shared. “And the Daily Caller News Foundation now says a conservative government ethics watchdog is looking into whether Omar used campaign funds to pursue the affair.”

Gallagher added that Dr. Mynett also suggested that the alleged affair put the life of her 13-year-old son at risk:

The Mynetts lived together for six years before marrying in 2012. They have a 13-year-old son but Dr. Mynett says even before her husband told her about the affair, he had already introduced their son to Representative Omar. And in court papers, Dr. Mynett argued that her husband's decision, quote, “put his son in harm's way by taking him out in public with Rep. Omar, who at that time had garnered a plethora of media attention along with death threats, one rising to the level of arresting the would-be known assassin that same week.” And because of those actions, Dr. Mynett is now seeking primary custody of their son.

He then reminded viewers that Omar “has also been accused of marrying her biological brother so he could obtain American citizenship.”

It’s worth reiterating that the accusations were coming from a divorce filing and “neither Omar nor Tim Mynett has yet commented,” as Gallagher added. But Omar was a star in the eyes of the liberal media and they prefer to knock Trump around with similar allegations against him.

In addition, both Spanish-language networks Telemundo and Univision also ignored the allegations against Omar in the court documents.

BRIAN KILMEADE: Meanwhile, a D.C. area mother says that her husband was stolen from her and she says the perpetrator was none other than squad member, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar. Chief correspondent – he’s a news correspondent that is, Trace Gallagher has more on this friction in marriage.

TRACE GALLAGHER: Brian, court documents obtained by our corporate cousin, the New York Post, say the D.C. political consultant Tim Mynett met Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar while he worked for her.

Apparently, Omar paid Mynett and his E Street consulting group about $230,000 through her campaign for things like fund-raising, digital communications, and travel expenses. And the Daily Caller News Foundation now says a conservative government ethics watchdog is looking into whether Omar used campaign funds to pursue the affair.

Meantime, Dr. Beth Mynett says her husband told her back in April that he was romantically involved with Ilhan Omar with court records adding this, quote, “Although devastated by the betrayal and deceit that preceded his abrupt declaration, Plaintiff told Defendant that she loved him and was willing to fight for the marriage. Defendant, however, told her that was not an option for him.”

Remember, Ilhan Omar has also been accused of marrying her biological brother so he could obtain American citizenship. Neither Omar nor Tim Mynett has yet commented. Brian.
