Mother of 10-Year-Old Ohio Rape Victim Goes on Telemundo, Defends Rapist

The horrendous story of the 10-year-old rape victim in Ohio appears to have taken a turn for the worse. In a Telemundo exclusive, the mother of the victim defended the rapist, calling the charges a fabrication and asserting that the child is fine.

Watch the exchange between the victim's mother and correspondent María Vargas Pión, as aired on Noticias Telemundo Mediodía on Thursday, July 14th, 2022:

MARIA VARGAS PION, TELEMUNDO: Did the girl live here as well?

MOTHER: Yes, but she's fine. Everything that they're saying against him is a lie.

VARGAS PION: And the child- are you related to her, or her mother?

MOTHER: She's my daughter.

VARGAS PION: The woman, who refused to provide her name and concealed her face, states that she has not filed charges against 27-year-old Gerson Fuentes, who is charged with rape.

Per the authorities, he confessed to having vaginal contact on at least two occasions with the girl who recently turned 10, therefore it is estimated that she may have been 9 years old when she was raped and (then) became pregnant.

This portion of a broader interview sheds significant light on the familial dynamics of this case, and further vindicates all skepticism over how the story broke and was handled. We don't even get to this point without the critical work of PJ Media's Megan Fox and so many others.

This appears to confirm my thesis of a domestic situation wherein the confessed rapist is also the paramour of the victim's mother (other familial relation is possible but less likely). Unfortunately, I saw many such cases while working as a court interpreter.

Based on that experience, I assess that: the mother's distressed defense of the rapist suggests she is also here illegally and fears deportation, the defendant is the family's sole source of income, there is a likelihood of other children in the home, and Mom is exposed to removal of the children under dependency proceedings (failure to protect).

Many questions now emerge: what was the time gap between the initial reporting of the rape and the filing of criminal charges? Why did the referring abortion provider not report the rape to authorities? Was the child forced to live with her rapist in furtherance of an abortion narrative? Was the child compelled to stay quiet until after news of the abortion was leaked to the media? If so, how so?

Was criminal reporting of the rape of a Latina girl suppressed or delayed in furtherance of a political agenda?

These questions need to be answered ASAP. A media devoted to facts as opposed to abortion advocacy would devote itself to finding those answers.

This is a developing story, with the full interview airing this evening. Further analysis will be published as soon as a full transcript becomes available.
