Brian Williams appears to be one of those people who doesn’t listen to himself when he talks. How else to describe the reasons behind why the truth-challenged journalist says the things he does? CBS announced this week that Evening News anchor Norah O’Donnell would be interviewing Joe Biden before the Super Bowl on Sunday. The presidential interview just prior to the big game has became a tradition during the Obama years. Journalistic hacks across various networks tossed softballs to the Democrat. 

Considering how much Lawrence O’Donnell loved Joe Biden’s inaugural address, praising it as “astonishing” and “poetic, we thought it might be a good time to remember who the MSNBC host is and what praise from him might mean. On the November 5, 2010 Morning Joe, O’Donnell lashed out at Glenn Greenwald, dismissing him for being insignificantly liberal.

This week, Americans across the country, and politicians of both parties stood up to condemn the pro-Trump mob who stormed the Capitol, as well as those who incited them. So it’s worth remembering the liberal hypocrisy of people like Alec Baldwin. The Hollywood celebrity is in no position to offer moral lecturing. 

Liberal celebrities and journalists keep telling us that it’s “too late” save the Earth from the coming climate change horror. Well, in this week’s FLASHBACK we found movie star Leonardo DiCaprio worrying that very thing four years ago. The same day, ABC’s Good Morning America used a child as a prop to fret about polar bears and global warming. 

While journalists in 2020 are now telling America that it’s time to unify and accept Joe Biden’s victory, it was a very different story in 2016. In December of 2016, celebrities, as well as reporters at ABC, CBS and NBC pushed the “last ditch” attempt by Hillary Clinton supporters to get the electoral college to reject Donald Trump. 

If the liberal media didn’t have double standards, they would have no standards at all. Although journalists now are angry that anyone would question President-Elect Joe Biden, ABC four years ago was speculating on Donald Trump being “delegitimized.” The network was also excited that Hillary Clinton wasn’t “going away.” Think they’ll feel the same way about Trump?

As soon as they declared Joe Biden the winner, the liberal media began to display their impatience with President Trump's legal challenges to the 2020 election result. But four years ago this week, CNN and others in the liberal media took anonymous reports that Russia had interfered in the 2016 election to cast doubt on the legitimacy of Donald Trump’s victory that year.
