This might explain why the networks have tried to avoid these people, since they seem like guardians of whatever popularity Biden still has.

On the cusp of the first presidential debate, the "news" media have two partisan spins. They obsess over Trump's arrest in Georgia and play up his legal jeopardy, while their coverage of President Biden avoids all gaffes and blunders and touts the "Empathizer in Chief" in Maui.

Is the GOP campaign coverage in 2023 turning out a lot like 2015? Is Trump dominating the media? A new MRC evening-news study by Rich Noyes found that Trump's share of Republican media coverage is twice as big a share of the overall percentage as the last time the primary was open eight years ago.

No one gets censored on social media for describing all conservatives as a “hate group,” as one TikTok user maligned us as a “dominant group of dangerous bigots.” Tierin-Rose Mandelburg of “Woke of the Weak” describes the latest disturbing turns in the “Qweer” corners of culture.

Journalists like ABC's George Stephanopoulos and NBC's Dasha Burns get belligerent when Republican presidential candidates carefully talk about Donald Trump without the harsh "Liz Cheney tones." They get accused of failing to answer the question when interviewers just don't like the answer.
