In FX’s Breeders, viewers knew by the very first episode to expect Paul (Martin Freeman) to dehumanize his children by constantly swearing at them. This includes the very first scene of the series. As it turns out, though, viewers learn from April 27’s episode, “No Cure (Part 2),” that he and his wife have been dehumanizing their son, Luke, since before he was even born.

NBC's obnoxious LGBTQ sitcom Will & Grace has somehow lasted two iterations over 11 seasons over 22 years. Along with pushing homosexuality mainstream, the show has demonstrated a deep antipathy towards Republicans and conservatives. Thankfully, at long last, it is over.

Feminist matriarch Betty Friedan may have never actually called Phyllis Schlafly “The real wicked witch of the [women’s] movement,” but that’s certainly how Mrs. America is portraying Schlafly in the new series.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t sordid enough for The CW’s Dynasty to include a scene with a priest and a parishioner kissing last week. This week’s episode, airing April 17, includes the two consummating their relationship.

The only thing less fun than being stuck in shutdown is being stuck in shutdown with shows like The Blacklist. The One Day at a Time reboot now airing on POP has been less obnoxious than its previous seasons on Netflix. It takes something pretty wild to make a viewer think the CW dramatic soap opera Dynasty has gone beyond the pale, given the standard storylines written for the show. This week though, it succeeded.
