During a wide-ranging interview on ABC’s This Week, Sen, Tom Cotton (R-AR) took a blowtorch to the antisemitic protesters on college campuses, brutally mocked them as establishing “little Gazas”, and schooled host Jon Karl when he tried to twist mockery of the encampments into mockery of Gaza itself.

It appears that there is now an editorial requirement at ABC News in place, mandating that whoever is hosting that Sunday’s This Week must now open the show with a screeching editorial about “the stakes” of the 2024 presidential election. There is no other explanation for Jon Karl’s editorial today, a week after George Stephanopoulos’ screeching hysterics.

The following are the most obnoxious outbursts by leftist journalists and celebrities during the month of April.

There was much hand-wringing across the Sunday dial, specifically over President Biden’s vacillating response to Israel’s war against Hamas, in response to the atrocities committed on Black Sabbath six months ago today. Against this backdrop, former Department of Justice spokesperson Sarah Isgur delivered clarity as to what remains at stake.

“Be careful what you wish for”, the old fable warns, lest it may come true. But with all respect due to Aesop, some exceptions apply. Especially when the wish in question is that President Joe Biden’s statements be accorded more media coverage, as opposed to the media’s preference of much less.

While behind the moderator desk at ABC This Week, noted January 6th hysteric Jon Karl tried to “gotcha” Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL) on several fronts during a broad-ranging interview, attempting to embarrass him over his prior primary against Donald Trump as Rubio is now under consideration, per reports, to be Trump’s 2024 running mate. Instead, Karl got shut down at each turn.

By “surprise”, of course I mean none whatsoever. Once again, the media have taken a quote from former President Donald Trump, stripped it of context, and forwarded a false narrative. In this case, the media took Trump’s threat of 100% tariffs against Chinese electric cars manufactured in Mexico, and falsely turned it into a threat of political violence unless he is elected. Ergo, The Bloodbath…

The media’s sugar rush over President Joe Biden’s performance at the State of the Union has largely worn off. Like the president’s cognitive cocktail. What remains is the media’s angst over the president’s use of the term “illegal” to describe the illegal alien that killed UGA nursing student Laken Riley. 

George Stephanopoulos’ recent interview with U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) proves the extent to which the media, rather than reporting facts and allowing informed viewers to decide for themselves, have devolved into partisan Maoist apparatchiks bent on punishing dissent. ABC This Week co-host Jonathan Karl has written three books attacking Donald Trump, but he clearly has nothing in the works on the Biden family influence-peddling business. On his Sunday show, he spent five minutes discussing legal troubles for Trump, and only one minute at the end demanding his guests agree the House Republicans are getting nowhere in their impeachment inquiry.
