For yet another day, the American people tuning in Friday into the White House Coronavirus Task Force daily briefing saw another embarrassing display of self-centeredness by groaning journalists about how President Donald Trump doesn’t like them. Along with the now-infamous exchange with NBC’s Peter Alexander, Friday’s egotists included CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, the Associated Press’s Jill Colvin,…

March 17th, 2020 2:04 PM
Last week, PBS correspondent Yamiche Alcindor argued  with President Trump in a Rose Garden press conference that he disbanded a National Security Council office on pandemics, and that the government “lost valuable time” on the coronavirus battle because of it. On Monday, The Washington Post published an op-ed from former National Security Council official Tim Morrison titled “No, the White House…

Angry PBS Pundit David Brooks Diagnoses Trump as a 'Sociopath'

March 14th, 2020 8:12 AM
The media are completely incapable of approaching the coronavirus fight as apolitical or nonpartisan. They just stay in Hate Trump mode, incessantly trashing the president, and then they attack him as a narcissist -- or even a sociopath -- for thinking this is about him. Well, they certainly imply it's all about him, and how he'll be the death of us. That was the tone of Friday night's PBS…

March 7th, 2020 7:13 AM
CNN's Abby Phillip appeared Friday night on the PBS journalist-roundup Washington Week, and was offered the floor to condemn all the sexism in the Democratic Party now that Elizabeth Warren dropped out of the presidential race. In January, Phillip mangled facts in a debate by repeating Warren's claim that Bernie Sanders told her in 2018 a woman couldn't win. He denied saying it twice, and she…

New York Times columnist David Brooks said it's doesn't exactly inspire confidence. At segment's end, Brooks insisted that politically, there…

PBS and NPR Isolate Latino Voters in Trump Polls -- Until He Succeeds

February 28th, 2020 10:49 AM
With a significant chunk of their money – not two percent – coming from taxpayers, why must PBS and NPR pay for their own polling? They can hardly argue this is something the commercial networks don’t do. Then, on top of that, they have manipulated the polls for a liberal political agenda. When Trump started to go "above water" in his approval rating among Latinos, they shifted to the categories…

Nets Skip Corrupt Ex-Democratic Mayor of Baltimore Sentenced to Prison

February 27th, 2020 11:45 PM
The broadcast networks weren’t really interested when ex-Democratic Mayor of Baltimore Catherine Pugh was raided by the FBI and the IRS in April of last year amid charges of corruption, nor when she was forced to resign just a few days later. So, it’s not surprising that ABC, CBS, and NBC completely ignored her pleading guilty and sentenced to three years in prison on Thursday.
