In a profile of White House Correspondents Dinner host Larry Wilmore, CNN’s At This Hour co-host John Berman openly admitted (unlike CBS This Morning) on Thursday to Wilmore’s agreement that The Nightly Show is “admittedly liberal” and “trends left” toward “more pro-Democratic policies and politicians.”

Begala was defending a deceptive ad his organization produced in 2012 that claimed Governor Mitt Romney killed a steel worker’s wife by canceling his healthcare coverage.

Kamau Bell’s new show United Shades of America in Monday’s Washington Post, critic Stephanie Merry gushed over Bell’s consistent behavior as “[a] teddy bear of a guy” who’s “relentlessly easygoing” with the first episode being dedicated to hanging out with the Ku Klux Klan (since, of course, they’re supposedly “the core” of the Republican Party).
