Morning Joe fails to identify as a Democrat the man charged with the murder of a Las Vegas investigative reporter, and spends only 47 seconds on the story. CNN's New Day devotes over three minutes to the story, and though it buries the fact deep in the segment, does eventually identify the suspect, Robert Telles, as a "Democratic politician."

Earlier this week, CNN, ABC, PBS and ESPN all promoted another racism story that appears to be a hoax, this time in response to claims that a black Duke University student was harassed with racial epithets as she played volleyball at Brigham Young University in Utah over the weekend.

On New Day, CNN sports correspondent Carolyn Manno falsely claimed that Serena Williams has "outlasted Tom Brady."  Williams is retiring at age 40. Brady is 45, and continues to play as the starting quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

On Tuesday's New Day show, CNN analyst John Avlon devoted a "Realty Check" segment to arguing that Republican members of Congress are more extreme than Democrats, and downplayed the influence of self-described "progressive" liberals on the Democratic party.

CNN’s Scott Jennings had the unenviable task of going against three of his colleagues on Wednesday’s edition of New Day on just how real President Biden and the Democratic Party’s commitment to law and order really is and which party is better on the issue. Despite the imbalance, Jennings was able to show that Democratic sentiment on the issue seems to be based on the ideology.

CNN on Tuesday spent over seven minutes hyping Republicans trying to atone and hide their allegedly extreme position when it comes to abortion. Reporter Kyung Lah spotlighted Republican senatorial candidates changing their website now that they have the nomination. But nowhere in the segment was there anything on the extreme stance of Democrats when it comes to abortion. 

Proving that Republicans who are critical of former President Trump lose their usefulness on other topics, CNN’s New Day spent part of their airtime Monday huffing about New Hampshire Republican Governor Chris Sununu being outraged at President Biden for describing his entire party as “semi-fascist.” The CNN personalities in the segment downplayed Biden’s dangerous rhetoric and…

CNN senior political analyst John Avlon joined Thursday’s edition of New Day to declare that GOP opposition to President Biden’s student loan forgiveness order is unwarranted because it is “good economic policy” and the White House is correct to say that Republicans aren't in a position to complain because of their history of cutting taxes.

CNN climbed up on its politically-correct soapbox on Monday's New Day with the subject being monkeypox thanks to this declaration from CNN national correspondent Dianne Gallagher that, in no uncertain terms, "monkeypox is NOT a sexually-transmitted infection." Showing just how woke she was, Gallagher even lectured the Biden administration as to how it must handle the outbreak…

On Wednesday's New Day show, CNN's  John Avlon delivered another of his "Realty Check" segments which are often more about promoting liberal spin to attack conservatives than to be factually accurate. The liberal CNN analyst derided the GOP as a party that mostly nominates "hyperpartisan cowards and cranks."

Elie Honig has established himself as CNN's leading legal iconoclast. He has a history, as we recently described it, of "throwing cold water on the fever dreams of the left."
