After showing little journalistic interest in trying to find out the identity of the anonymous government whistleblower who sparked the impeachment inquiry against President Trump, on Monday, NBC’s Today show touted that the unknown bureaucrat was on the short list to be Time magazine’s Person of the Year. Half of the top ten list was comprised of prominent liberal figures.
