An excited Chris Matthews used the incoming Super Tuesday 3 election results to speculate about his dream ticket: Clinton/Kasich 2016. Yes, really. The liberal Hardball host imagined, “I do think if you could ever find a way to put a ticket together that would actually end some of this mishegoss that's going on in this country, to use a Yiddish word...it might be a Clinton/Kasich ticket.” 

On Monday's All In, MSNBC's Joy Reid oddly asserted that "what could end up saving the Republican Party" from a Donald Trump nomination is "the snobbery of the Founding Fathers and the early proponents of the system, because the popular vote...doesn't choose the nominee. While his MSNBC show PoliticsNation now resides on Sunday mornings at 8:00 a.m. Eastern, Al Sharpton has still been doing his best to accuse conservatives of racism at every turn and this Sunday’s edition was no different as he and his assembled panelists claimed that the right has done little to nothing to distance itself from Donald Trump. 

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews on Thursday night reminisced about the “stellar” Barack Obama from 2008 and how the Democrat gave him a “thrill up the leg.” Matthews finally conceded that such excitement couldn’t live up to expectations. He also added, “Hillary can’t match that.” 

The usually even-keeled NBC News Trump correspondent Katy Tur seemed to have had enough on Thursday night as following the Republican presidential debate, Tur took to MSNBC to air a multitude of concerns about the growing number of violent incidents at Trump rallies to go along with Tuesday’s alleged bruising of Breitbart’s Michelle Fields by Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.

Senator Marco Rubio continued his participation in the anti-Donald Trump crusade against the liberal media on Tuesday in an MSNBC Town Hall as he pointed out that Trump has received far more media coverage than all his opponents combined and was buttressed by recent comments from CBS chief Les Moonves that Trump has been great for his network’s ratings.

While reporting on advances in cancer research on Wednesday, MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell inadvertently promoted the philanthropic work of billionaire David Koch, who along with his brother Charles, has routinely been vilified by the left-wing network for funding conservative political causes.  

MSNBC’s Tamron Hall on Wednesday fumed over Carly Fiorina endorsing Ted Cruz, deriding the businesswoman as a “failure” and “infamous.” Hall talked to Cruz spokesman Ron Nehring and spewed liberal talking points: “When she was a candidate, Carly Fiorina's jobs record was questioned, laying off American workers, outsourcing, being a failed businesswoman and a failed candidate.”
