MS NOW (formerly MSNBC)

Saturday's The Weekend on MS NOW ran a segment that began with clips of Hakeem Jeffries saying the Democrats' philosophy is "strong floor, no ceiling." Jeffries had cribbed that phrase from Oliver Libby, author of a book with that title. The show had Libby on as a guest, and both hosts pushed back against Libby's belief that there should be no ceiling on the success of Americans.

According to medical analyst Dr. Vin Gupta, “every medical society” would disagree with the administration’s rationale…

The show opened Thursday's episode with Willie Nelson's "Always On My Mind" playing in the background, mocking Trump's frequent mentions of his predecessor in his address to the country last night, and in other instances.

It was a challenging task, but an esteemed panel led by MRC President David Bozell and MRC’s Vice President for Research and Publications Brent Baker boiled down all the biased outbursts from lefty hack hosts, anchors, reporters and pundits in 2025 and declared a winner. This year the winner is Matthew Dowd!

Former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki must have a short memory because on her Tuesday episode of The Briefing on MS NOW, she attacked President Trump for seizing a Venezuelan oil tanker without Congressional approval despite the tanker being first sanctioned by her former boss, President Biden, slightly after she left the administration in 2022.

On Monday afternoon, MS NOW host Katy Tur provided a forum for an anti-gun leftist journalist to call for changes in the law so that gun makers can be sued over shootings.

For years, Joe Scarborough has made his living by spinning Trump=Hitler analogies, and agonizing over the "existential threat to democracy" that Trump supposedly represents.
