When the media is not blaming President Trump for all that is not well in the world, they are blaming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. On her Monday MSNBC show, Andrea Mitchell brought on leftist New Yorker scribe Jane Mayer and the two lamented how, unlike Nancy Pelosi, McConnell has responded to the COVID-19 panic with a lack of seriousness.

Despite most of the liberal media hailing New York Governor Andrew Cuomo as the nation’s “acting president” over his response to the coronavirus pandemic, on Tuesday’s CBS This Morning, co-host Tony Dokoupil actually repeatedly pressed the Democrat on whether he should have taken quicker action to combat the disease outbreak in his state.

For the past several weeks, TV journalists have been unrelentingly nasty in their coverage of President Trump's handling of the coronavirus pandemic. But they've also found a liberal Democratic politician to rally around: New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. Cuomo has become a darling of the liberal media thanks to his daily press conferences — along with the fact that he is not President Trump.

On Wednesday afternoon, shortly after socialist Senator Bernie Sanders announced he would be dropping out of the 2020 presidential race, MSNBC’s Chuck Todd hoped that the far-left lawmaker’s radical “vision” would live on and even be implemented in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

MSNBC host Chris Hayes infuriated Team Trump with a tweet on Wednesday night unspooling the kooky conspiracy theory that the White House “rolled out the model showing 100k deaths after they knew it would be less than that so they could anchor everyone to that # and take a vicotry [sic] lap when ‘only’ tens of thousands died.”
