Christmas may be over, but the hatred for Christianity still lives on in television. HBO’s anti-religious series His Dark Materials brings on (hopefully) 2020’s final salute to atheism with a stand against the “deceit, intolerance, and prejudice” of God in the name of “understanding, truth, and acceptance.” Only a show like this could think atheists exclusively hold those virtues.

2020 has been a year-long series of grievances, and TV was no exception. Although COVID ended a lot of business, leftist Hollywood has been in full force shoving its agenda down our throats. Friday’s Real Time With Bill Maher showcased the liberal hate fest the HBO series has become known for. But in addition to sliming Any Coney Barrett’s religious faith as “nuts,” host Bill Maher brought on TV and movie actor John Leguizamo to slime Latinos who may vote for Donald Trump.

The craziness of Lovecraft Country is nothing compared to the insanity of the past week, but the HBO series is unfortunately back making waves anyway. More specifically, it’s back to making obvious yet ridiculous parallels between 1955 and today. This fall HBO premiered the new series We Are Who We Are, directed by Luca Guadagnino who previously directed the pederasty film Call Me By Your Name. Call Me By Your Name romanticized a sexual relationship between an adult man and a teenaged boy. 

The idea of Trump getting a third pick for justice on the Supreme Court terrifies the left. Radical Hollywood liberals know that another conservative justice poses a threat to their precious Roe v. Wade, socialized healthcare, open borders and solidifies many of the American freedoms that these sycophants hate. Needless to say Trump’s latest nomination sent them into a furor.

Lefties are in such desperate need of an escape from the Trump reality that they are reviving a fake Hollywood presidential administration in order to encourage Democrat voters prior to November 3.

Abortion is a humorous subject, according to Rachel Lee Goldenberg’s film, “Unpregnant,” amd you can practically hear the guffaws from the Washington Post newsroom. Post writer Sonia Rao did some free PR for the movie, which is about two underage girls on a roadtrip to procure one an abortion in a state that doesn’t require parental notification.
