Many Americans took to social media to blast the league or their own teams for kneeling, which many see as disrespecting the flag and our country. Since Friday, the liberal media had been foaming at the mouth after President Trump made a series of comments arguing that athletes who disrespected the American flag by kneeling should be either fired or suspended. Come Sunday, two of the Big Three Networks (ABC and NBC) were eager to smear the President with claims of racism and assertions that he was on the wrong side of the issue.

In a remarkably hostile interview with former White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer for ABC’s Good Morning America on Thursday, correspondent Paula Faris asked the former presidential spokesman if he ever “lied to American people,” pressed him to apologize to country, and labeled him “the most famous and infamous former press secretary of modern times.”

ABC’s Good Morning America spent two-and-a-half minutes on Thursday morning whacking HHS Secretary Tom Price’s use of private planes for travel last week, with the apparently horrifying price tag “in the tens of thousands of dollars.” But during the Obama years, GMA had no problem with then-First Lady Michelle Obama spending in excess of $200,000 to travel to Spain for a vacation with her…

Following President Trump’s forceful speech to the United Nations on Tuesday, Wednesday’s network morning shows all rushed to find Democrats like Hillary Clinton and Leon Panetta to blast the address as “dangerous,” “out of place” and a push to “threaten war.”  

All three networks on Wednesday grilled United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley about Donald Trump’s “threatening” language to North Korea, wondering if the President’s speech was “appropriate.” But it was CBS This Morning co-host Gayle King who twisted the English language to worry about how the talk would impact the “President of North Korea.” 

After news broke Wednesday night that the President may have struck a deal with Democratic congressional leaders to pass DACA legislation, on Thursday morning, ABC’s Good Morning America and NBC’s Today gushed over how Trump “sounds like a Democrat” when discussing illegal immigration and tax reform.

What’s more important? A staff member for a Republican senator apparently “liking” a pornographic tweet on Twitter or a Democratic senator on trial for bribery and corruption, facing possible resignation and years in prison? If you answered with the first option, then you might work for NBC News. 

As Hurricane Irma coverage dominated network news coverage on Monday, it was inevitable that the journalists would embrace climate change during the reporting. Both ABC’s Good Morning America and CBS This Morning suggested that Hurricanes Harvey and Irma prove global warming. 

While ABC and NBC on Wednesday continued their silence on the bribery trial of Democratic Senator Bob Menendez, CBS This Morning allowed a scant 22 seconds. This was the first time all year CBS even mentioned the scandal swirling around the New Jersey politician. ABC and NBC haven’t touched the impending trial all year. 

After helping sell President Obama’s unilateral executive overreach on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) in 2012 and 2014, on Wednesday morning, the broadcast networks eagerly promoted the former president blasting the Trump administration’s “cruel” plan to end the policy.

On Tuesday, hours before the Trump administration announced a gradual end to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) immigration executive order implemented by President Obama, the network morning shows feared the “immigration battle” to come while promoting the “blue-state backlash” as left-wing activists took to the streets in protest.
