After all three network evening newscasts Wednesday night praised President Trump for repeatedly siding with Democrats on gun control measures during a White House meeting earlier in the day, on Thursday, CBS This Morning and ABC’s Good Morning America gushed over anti-gun Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein “cheering” the President on during the gathering.

ABC’s late night host Jimmy Kimmel admitted on Good Morning America today that he wasn’t going to address Hollywood’s problem with sexual assault, while hosting this year’s Academy Awards, because he didn’t want to “make it unpleasant.” However, he also confessed that he didn’t regret “anything” he’s said against President Trump, Republicans and the millions of legal gun owners in this country.

On Saturday, the White House officially allowed the rebuttal memo drafted by House Democrats on the Intelligence Committee to be released. The memo was meant to rebuke the one released by their Republican counterparts a few weeks ago, but the FBI requested that certain information be redacted because it exposed sources and methods. All three broadcast networks ignored a new Politico/Morning Consult poll, which showed President Trump’s approval rating is at its highest its been in the past ten months. The poll also showed Republicans ahead of Democrats on the congressional ballot, in anticipation of the 2018 midterm elections.  

Whoever owns the news gets a say in what is reported. If the nets prefer audiences to stay in the lala land of fantasy wars, then reality will be ignored.

Just like she did last week, ABC anchor Amy Robach tried to bring left-wing activism into her coverage of the Winter Olympic Games on Good Morning America, February 12. From Pyeongchang, South Korea, Robach sat down with Olympic athlete Adam Rippon and immediately asked what message the openly gay skater he had for Vice President Mike Pence.
