For several years, CNN and fellow liberal channel MSNBC have battled to see which of these “news” networks will rise above the basement in ratings. While this long-running tug-of-war has gone on, the Fox News Channel has maintained its dominance in ratings.

Satire has its limits. When it comes to dealing with national tragedies, it should respectfully stay out of it. Weekly French magazine Charlie Hebdo published its latest issue on August 29 and on the cover was a cartoon which depicted Nazi flags and the bodies of saluting Nazis drowning in a flood.

The left has gone out of its mind. In a mad rush to overturn more than 500 years of American history, liberals want to replace it with something far worse. Out goes Columbus. In comes, monstrous Aztec sacrifice. Just don’t expect the news outlets to admit it.

Without an actual journalist even saying a word, MSNBC on Wednesday slimed Donald Trump as uncaring.  Apparently, it’s inappropriate for the President to have the federal government do more than one thing at a time. During Trump’s speech on plans for simplifying and cutting taxes, MSNBC ran this nasty graphic: “Trump Calls for Simplifying Tax Code as Texas Floods.” 

In an unbelievably classless move, Politico tweeted the latest political cartoon from illustrator Matt Wuerker that actually mocked Texas victims of Hurricane Harvey, portraying them as Confederate sympathizers who want to secede from the United States.

On Wednesday, MSNBC’s Morning Joe wasted no time trashing President Trump’s visit to Texas in the wake of Hurricane Harvey. Co-host Mika Brzezinski repeatedly suggested there was “something wrong with” Trump as pundits ganged up to accuse the President of not showing sufficient empathy toward victims of the disaster.

While celebrities have most recently placed charitable donations towards hurricane relief, some have stayed true to another agenda: troll conservatives regardless of the cost.
