Doubling as a weekly liberal media pep talk, CNN’s Reliable Sources host Brian Stelter featured ludicrous spin from liberal Comedy Central host Jordan Klepper on gun control, complaining that the gun control viewpoint has been insufficiently covered in the media, and the NRA falsely has created a “narrative” that their opponents want to take people’s guns away.

The New York Times’ Michelle Goldberg had a mini-meltdown on CNN Sunday night, over President Trump and journalists joking with each other at the annual “roast” Gridiron Dinner. Goldberg slammed the event as “disgraceful” and “not a laughing matter” on CNN Newsroom with Ana Cabrera, March 4.

Following Sunday night’s Academy Awards being filled with nasty left-wing political rhetoric, on NBC’s Megyn Kelly Today on Monday, anchor Megyn Kelly and her panel of guests absurdly praised the Oscars for being “pretty much free of partisan attacks.” Apparently they forgot how host Jimmy Kimmel set the tone of the night by declaring: “We make films to upset Mike Pence.”

During an appearance on CNN's New Day Monday morning, counterterrorism analyst Richard Clarke argued that President Trump has not imposed sanctions on Russia in retaliation for their interference in the 2016 election because "he believes the Russian activity benefits him politically."

The president of America’s largest abortion provider is a celebrity in Hollywood’s eyes, and she’s using that status to praise young people – many of whom are missing today because of her organization.  

Left-wing comedian John Oliver on Sunday became completely unglued, using his HBO show to hint at the “sexual tension” between Ivanka Trump and her father. He also sneered that NRA TV is like a “deranged letter from a serial killer.”

Heading into the 2018 Oscars on Sunday night, it was already a given that the awards show would be dominated by left-wing politics. With the liberal media over the moon over the Oscars, the ratings were bound to take a tumble and, boy, did they ever. All told, the 18.9 preliminary Nielsen rating marked an embarrassing 15.6 percent fall from the Kimmel-hosted 2017 edition. 

Economic growth updates continue to be minimized or ignored entirely by ABC, NBC and CBS evening newscasts. When the expected revision to 2.5 percent growth during the fourth-quarter of 2017 was announced Feb. 28, 2018, all three programs failed to inform their viewers.
