MSNBC Host Stung By Liberal Rage After She Credited Trump White House

MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle on Wednesday felt the wrath of liberal Twitter as she dared to give the Trump administration credit for getting criminal justice reform legislation through the Senate. Apparently, it’s shocking to her that some won’t allow praise of any kind for those in the administration. The host on Tuesday wouldn’t go so far as to praise Trump himself, however.

Late Tuesday on CBS’s The Late Show, host Stephen Colbert riffed at length about the continuing downfall of his former boss and alleged sexual predator Les Moonves, who stepped down as the CEO of CBS in September after accusations of rampant sexual assault and harassment from several past female colleagues emerged against him. How NUTS Is the Latest From NYT’s Paul Krugman? This Nuts.

New York Times columnist Paul Krugman was at his old “authoritarian” tricks again in “Conservatism’s Monstrous Endgame." The text box: “Apparatchiks are corroding the foundations of democracy.” Democracy has been dying quite a while in Krugland. Of the judge who declared the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional, he wrote, "...it’s about assaulting democracy in general. And the current state of…

The Root's Crockett Fumes NFL a Dictator Like Trump

Eric Reid, a safety for the NFL's Carolina Panthers, has been subjected to "random" drug tests seven times in his 11 weeks with the team, and he says it's retaliation for having kneeled for three seasons and for suing the league for alleged collusion. Yesterday, we surmised that Joe Scarborough had gone "all in" with the Democrats. Scratch that. Scarborough has now placed himself even to the left of many lefties. On today's Morning Joe, Scarborough defended Judge Emmet Sullivan's outburst yesterday at Michael Flynn's sentencing hearing. This, while many liberals, like Dan Abrams, and even the young lefties over at Vox, have criticized the…

FLASHBACK: In 1998, Journalists Hated the Idea of Impeachment

Twenty years ago, on December 19, 1998, the House of Representatives voted to impeach President Bill Clinton on two counts: perjury to a grand jury, and obstruction of justice. Back then, the liberal media howled about its injustice and since Clinton had a high approval rating, they insisted it would damage the Republicans for years to come. Keep these quotes in mind if the new Democratic…
