Both CBS This Morning and NBC’s Today show on Friday boasted of exclusive interviews with top Iranian officials eager to attack the United States and condemn international sanctions against the terrorism-sponsoring regime. Rather than show their journalists pressing Iran’s leaders on the authoritarian nation’s criminal behavior, the network reports instead offered pure propaganda.

In a Monday front-page story “Amid the Kale and Corn, Fears of White Supremacy at the Farmers’ Market,” New York Times journalist Patrick Healy sounded the alarm about how a farmer’s market in a “heavily white, liberal town of 85,000 that is home to Indiana University” have been fearing for their lives after it was discovered that a couple selling “tomatoes and kale were also white nationalists.”

Facebook is allegedly trying to monitor its workers’ psychiatric trauma sessions. According to a letter written by whistleblowers within Accenture, a Facebook contractor, “This pressuring of a licensed counselor to divulge confidential information is at best a careless breach of trust into the Wellness program and, at worst, an ethics and possible legal violation.”

On Fox and Friends Monday, the hosts brought on Fox Business host Charles Payne to comment on how the media is now openly hoping for an economic recession under President Trump. Payne called the media’s newest obsession a “deliberate” attempt to derail the good economy under Trump, and argued there was “no economic data” to suggest a recession was near.

During an interview with failed 2018 Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, ABC reporter Linsey Davis tossed a series of softball questions at the Democratic media darling. Davis completely indulged Abrams’s conspiracy theories about voter suppression, failed to push back on her claim that “we won,” and teed her up to call President Trump a racist.

CBS This Morning journalists on Monday attempted to downplay Elizabeth Warren’s repeated efforts to pass herself off as a Native American, calling it a “flap” and insisting that many think it’s “much ado about nothing.” Warren appeared at a Native American forum on Monday in Iowa. This is the same woman who tried to be seen as a Cherokee and who appeared in the cook book Pow Wow Chow. 

Megan Rapinoe is still milking the spotlight with her “unapologetic” gayness, hatred for Donald Trump and — forgive me for almost forgetting — her success as a female soccer player. Pinboard, the social bookmarking website run by developer Maciej Cegłowski, captured ads on Twitter from China Xinhua News which called for “a brake to be put on the blatant violence” in Hong Kong.
