MacFarlane often makes a point to mock Catholics and Catholic priests, in particular. He has used the stale “pedophile priest joke” in the past. MacFarlane must be running out of material because he reached for the pedophile priest “gag” again this week on Family Guy.

After host Ricky Gervais admonished the Golden Globes winners not to bring up politics in their acceptance speeches because they "know nothing about the real world," actress Michelle Williams did just that with a two minute long screed supporting abortion while accepting the award for Best Actress in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for TV.
