The media have exhibited compassion regarding President Biden's pardon for his son, Hunter, but 17 years ago, angry journalists railed against the “travesty of justice” after President Bush merely commuted the prison sentence of former White House aide “Scooter” Libby.

Even after all of the votes have been cast, network correspondents present the results through the lens of their own biases — cheering when a Democrat wins, and snarling about imaginary dirty tricks when the voters back a Republican.

Wall Street Journal columnist Peggy Noonan infuriated leftists on Twitter this weekend with a column about her visit to the Columbia University campus to observe the pro-Hamas protests and attempt to interview some young protesters. Keith Olbermann raged that she and New York Times reporter Peter Baker, who tweeted a section of her piece -- weren't journalists at all! 

Fifteen years ago this week, left-wing cable networks employed adolescent jokes to belittle the grass roots anti-Obama Tea Party movement, while the broadcast networks decried it as a front for “corporate interests.”

On Monday, the Supreme Court unanimously shredded blue states attempting to rip Trump's name off the ballot, ruling states could not edit the ballot using their novel interpretation of the 14th Amendment against alleged insurrectionists.
