On Friday’s edition of Real Time, host Bill Maher devoted part of his closing monologue to trashing Attorney General Bill Barr. While the attack on Barr was probably expected, few could have predicted that the HBO host would use Barr as a pretense to tear into his religion, which Maher referred to as the “cult” of Catholicism.

In a rare, balanced segment on Univision's weekly  public affairs show Al Punto, anchor Jorge Ramos invoked Reagan and brought abortion as an issue directly to the forefront. Check out the full post as Ramos and pro-Trump activist Paloma Zúñiga discuss a classic Reagan truism, and whether Hispanics are really culturally conservative as pertains to abortion.

MSNBC host Chris Hayes was apparently playing the role of an apologist for anti-Semitic Democrats Tuesday as he danced around the facts and defended Congresswomen Rashida Tlaib (MI) and Ilhan Omar (MN). Hr declared “Republicans are now on day two of their latest sustained round of bad faith attacks against Democratic Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib,” while setting up his interview with Omar.

Big Tech always preaches about treating people equally, but they never do. Funny how their “algorithms” never seem to suspend liberals’ accounts. The religion of Inclusion is a fraud. The new film Tolkien does more than examine the life of the mind behind Lord of the Rings. The biopic reportedly ignores the large role faith played in J. R.R. Tolkien’s literature … and life. PJ Media reports the film, starring Nicholas Hoult as the famed author, goes out of its way to minimize the subject’s Christianity.

Fox’s Star season finale aired May 8, and along with it came the long-awaited American Sound Awards (ASA) ceremony, where the girl band, Take 3, is up for Best Pop Album. To start the awards show is a sacrilegious music performance, from the singer everyone loves to hate, Lil Dini (Marcos Palacios), and up-and-coming rapper Rashad (Major).

On Monday's Cuomo Prime Time, as Chris Cuomo moderated a debate between left and right on new state laws that challenge Roe v. Wade, the CNN anchor blatantly advocated the liberal point of view as he fretted that such laws take America "backwards," and even accused former Republican Senator Rick Santorum of violating his Catholic faith by "lying" about the issue.

In a Sunday appearance on CNN’s Reliable Sources, conservative thought leader and editor-in-chief of The Daily Wire, Ben Shapiro and host Brian Stelter had a thoughtful discussion about where the media was failing when it came to discussing religion, conservatives, and President Trump.

Thursday night, NBC's Superstore aired a new episode, “Cloud Green,” and as you can guess from the title, there was talk about saving the planet and taking "action against climate change!" As obnoxious as the climate agenda is, what stood out more about this episode is the agenda they wouldn’t allow to be spread in the workplace.

To be a Washington Post staffer is to simultaneously believe that a) when teenager shoots up a school, it’s about guns; b) when a jihadi shoots up a church, it’s not about religion; and c) when a Christian shoots up a synagogue it’s ... about religion. (An important corollary: when a jihadi shoots up a church, the scariest part is a possible reaction from right-wing Christians.)

Despite President Trump’s strong condemnation of the recent synagogue shooting at the Chabad of Poway and anti-Semitism as a whole at a rally Saturday night, ABC political analyst Matthew Dowd blamed Trump for the shooting during Sunday’s This Week on ABC. Dowd went so far as to claim Trump’s rhetoric gave the shooter “permission” to act.
