Florida Governor and 2024 GOP presidential candidate Ron DeSantis recently declared that “we’ve eliminated Critical Race Theory in our K through 12 schools.” It was a rather simple statement, but was true, but yet, PolitiFact's Samantha Putterman still rated it “mostly false” on Monday.

National Public Radio’s pop-culture show “It’s Been a Minute” bravely tackled the made-up problem of racist country music, in the wake of the failed censorship of singer Jason Aldrean’s hit “Try That in a Small Town.” Tax-funded NPR blurbed the August 1 radio segment under this heading: “How racism became a marketing tool for country music.”

Despite evidence of Chinese government-tied TikTok’s national security risks, WIRED just published a piece falsely framing Americans’ concerns as racist.

For the latest installment of their documentary series, The Human Footprint, PBS took a look at the history of cotton from both a political and scientific perspective. On the former, host and evolutionary biologist Shane Campbell-Staton warned that there attempts to “reinstitute many of the barriers that long kept African-Americans from wielding political power.”

For Friday’s CBS Mornings, guest host Natalie Morales shared a recent interview she did with California Rep. and Senate candidate Barbara Lee. The segment covered everything from Lee’s views on race to abortion to the war in Afghanistan, but one thing that remained constant throughout was Morales’s cheerleading of the far-left Lee.

One of the most annoying ploys of liberal journalists is to advise Republicans that the truly wise path in politics is to surrender to liberals on everything, and the dumbest path is to oppose them emphatically.
