On Sunday morning’s Meet the Press, anchor Chuck Todd and his panelists were clearly concerned about some recent polling that shows voters under 35 years old, and Hispanic voters are starting to “peel away” from Joe Biden and the Democrat Party which is disastrous news for congressional Democrats this November. 

When the network news divisions take public opinion polls, and President Biden looks terrible in them, they have a tendency to downplay them. ABC reported on their latest poll with Ipsos under the headline "Most Americans blame Vladimir Putin, oil companies for high gas prices: POLL."

During the panel segment on NBC’s Meet the Press, host Chuck Todd openly panicked over the Republican Party’s lead in his network’s poll of the generic congressional ballot, calling it a “huge red flag”, and remarked how the GOP hasn’t led in NBC’s generic congressional ballot poll since September 2014.
