On Tuesday, the Supreme Court declined to issue a stay of a lower court ruling that the Biden administration's decision to repeal former President Trump's Remain in Mexico was "arbitrary and capricious" and thus illegal. On Thursday, Univision continued to advocate for a filibuster-proof budget reconciliation as the means to legalize millions of undocumented immigrants. The latest push comes as Univision kicks off its newscast with the meeting between Vice President Kamala Harris and immigration activists over DACA.
