Another day, another pompous and passive-aggressive editorial by CBS’s John Dickerson to close out the Evening News Plus. This time, viewers were subjected to Dickerson’s grand pensées on the just-announced White House Ballroom.

In the latest installment of what is shaping up to be an ongoing series, the CBS Evening News Plus ran an item on Texas redistricting. And we continue to struggle to remember when such items ran relative to gerrymandered redistricting in Democrat states.

In this instance, a dirty frame sets up a palette cleanser following the lead story- the consequential trade agreement between the United States and Europe announced at President Donald Trump’s Turnberry resort in Scotland.

During a segment on MSNBC's The Weekend on job cuts at USAID, featuring an interview with Kathleen Borgueta, who had lost her job there, substitute host Maria Teresa Kumar calls USAID "God's work." At the end of the segment, co-host Jonathan Capehart tells the Borgueta, "I'm going to stop talking because I'm going to burst into tears." 

Legacy Media have taken a keener interest in firefighting the revelations contained within the Russia Hoax document drop published by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. NBC’s Kristen Welker joined the fray and inadvertently demonstrated why Republicans aren’t usually booked on these segments.

The legacy media evening news, in their role as purveyors of anti-news, have reverted to blacking out instances of criminal illegal alien activity. Case in point: the shooting of an off-duty Customs and Border Protection officer.

President Donald Trump’s Oval Office remarks today forced the legacy media into covering the Russia Hoax document drop on their nightly newscasts. As predicted, the legacies Trumpwashed the story. As expected, the narrative congealed once former President Barack Obama’s office weighed in.

Early coverage of the declassification of documents related to the Russia Hoax by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard proves the adage coined by internet sage David Burge: "Journalism is about covering important stories. With a pillow, until they stop moving.” Such is the case with CNN anchor Jake Tapper’s foray into the Russia Hoax firefight. 

It was another banner news suppression day for the legacy network evening newscasts. In addition to their continued non-coverage of the Biden autopen scandal and of the explosive Russia Hoax document drop, the legacies mostly suppressed the revealing interview of one Robert Hunter Biden.

In a discussion of the vote to end federal funding of NPR/PBS, CNN This Morning fails to disclose that panelist Noel King, who criticizes the defunding, is a former NPR host!
