While analyzing the first night of the CNN Democratic debate, on Wednesday’s CBS This Morning, chief Washington correspondent Major Garrett touted the “ferocity and intensity” with which Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders defended their extreme policy proposals on health care and climate change.

On Morning Joe, discussing last night's Democrat debate, Joe Scarborough says Americans don't want to hear about the details of the Bernie Sanders "Medicare for All" plan. Instead, says Scarborough, they want to hear about how President Trump is a bigot and a racist, and how "he's appointing federal judges that don't respect precedent." As if liberal judges never overturn precedent?

Reacting to night one of CNN’s Democratic debate, on Wednesday’s Today show, NBC News political analysts and former Senator Claire McCaskill was relieved that the radical health care plans advocated by Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders were hammered by their fellow 2020 candidates. McCaskill also completely rejected any possibility of such extreme proposals ever becoming law.

Not even a Democratic debate could distract the leftist late-night loon Stephen Colbert from trashing on President Trump late Tuesday night. Colbert welcomed Jeff Daniels on The Late Show where he became the latest in a series of actors on the program to make a vile comment towards the President, including the hope that Trump’s opponent can “punch him in the face.”

CNN host Anderson Cooper pressed Warren on what her ideas would cost people, particularly union workers, who liked their health insurance. Meanwhile, MSNBC host Chris Matthews absolutely grilled the Senator about how much taxes would need to go up to pay for it all and her refusal to answer the question.

The second round of Democratic presidential debates featured another helping of radical leftwing ideas, including $500 billion in slavery reparations, and repealing or altering the Second Amendment. But curiously, one major progressive issue, abortion, was left out in the cold – which sparked the public ire of abortion giant Planned Parenthood and other “reproductive healthcare” disciples.
