Yet, that is exactly what NBC’s Dasha Burns did on Friday’s edition of Nightly News as she traveled to Missouri ahead of that state’s upcoming abortion ballot measure.

HBO’s Bill Maher scolded the media on Friday’s edition of Real Time Overtime for their claims that Donald Trump called for former Rep. Liz Cheney to be shot. Maher’s rebuke was not out of any love for Trump, but a demand that the media not “lie to me” because the real context of Trump’s actual remarks was something that “hippies used to say.”

Taxpayer-funded National Public Radio will pounce on any cute anti-Trump angles they can find in the final days of this campaign. On Friday, NPR political reporter Susan Davis posted this beaut at NPR.org – “Meet the Democrats using porn ads to convince Trump voters to stay home.”
