It was a week of Biden-Harris gaffes -- and the media energetically ignoring Biden-Harris gaffes. Vice President Harris mysteriously said we had a great relationship with North (and not South) Korea. President Biden held a hunger event where he wanted to be bipartisan, so he asked on camera where Rep. Jackie Walorski was -- when she died weeks ago in a car crash.
The White House press corps asked a rash of questions to press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, but in the end, the TV networks didn't follow through and air Biden or his press aide in their newscasts.
The dominant news story of the week was Hurricane Ian furiously ravaging through Florida. It was a time for unity and common purpose, and often the media stuck to the grim facts. But some liberal reporters and cable hosts couldn't resist throwing their anti-Republican/anti-DeSantis talking points into the coverage. NewsBusters Managing Editor Curtis Houck joins us to discuss it all.
