NFL Foolishly Promises More Social Justice Shenanigans in 2021

Inspire ChangeThe NFL continues to stubbornly beat its head against the wall and shrink its audience by promoting unpopular social justice messages. Does it care? No. The Associated Press confirmed that social justice will be a predominant theme again when the 2021 season begins Thursday night.

This will mark six consecutive seasons of race-themed nonsense in the NFL ever since Colin Kaepernick started anti-American protests in 2016.

Anna Isaacson, NFL senior vice president of social responsibility, told The Associated Press, "We are committed to Inspire Change and the social justice work that inspires change for the long term." But, wait, there’s more!

Being that some SJWs can’t bear to look at the flag during the playing of the Star-Spangled Banner, the "black national anthem" will be played prior to Thursday’s season opener between Dallas and Tampa Bay. "Lift Every Voice and Sing" will also be played at other NFL games, including the Super Bowl and Pro Bowl.

All of these shenanigans have added up to a losing strategy over the past few years. Like the NBA, the NFL is steadily hemorrhaging public approval by behaving so stupidly. It cannot get through its thick head the fact that wokeball sports is a turn-off to a large portion of the American population.

This season, NFL players will be allowed to display any of six approved social justice messages on their helmets. In fact, the NFL actually has a helmet decal program. Those messages are: "End Racism," "Stop Hate," "It Takes All of Us," "Black Lives Matter," "Inspire Change" and "Say Their Stories."

Those messages are not: “End Inner City Violence,” “Say NO to Drugs,” “Stop Drive-by Shootings” or “Keep Marxism Out of Sports.”

All NFL end zones will again display the messages "It Takes All of Us" and "End Racism." The NFL-SJW league will also continue the "Say Their Stories" initiative.

Making its debut this season in NFL stadiums, in Weeks 17 and 18, each team will have the opportunity to highlight their social justice activities. How will fans be able to stand the wait for that season highlight?

That won’t be the end of social justice mania, though. Oh, no, that will continue right through the playoffs.

"That will provide a unified time frame for us to further amplify all of the work that our clubs are doing and that will lead into the playoffs where Inspire Change will continue to take center stage," Isaacson gushed. "The key message for us as the season is starting, we are ramping up again in a big way with our social justice work."

Football fans will be forced to take this social justice “medicine” whether they like it or not. Those who actually enjoy it can purchase social justice knit hats, with 100 percent of the proceeds being donated to … the Inspire Change movement.

Entering this season, the NFL’s approval ratings were at 39 percent among Democrats, 17 percent among Independents and just 16 percent among Republicans. The league is starting the new season in a huge hole, and its foolish leaders just keep digging.
