Americans are urged to contact the Justice Department if they see any violation of the nation’s election laws in Tuesday’s midterms, U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche announced Monday.

ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel appeared to admit on Tuesday that he believes history began yesterday. During his monologue, Kimmel cited the long-standing precedent of the DOJ sending observers to polling places around the country as evidence that the Trump administration may not allow the votes to be counted during next week’s midterm elections.

Friday’s evening broadcasts and newscasts all featured the news of a Department of Justice lawsuit that would block the certification of the result of Alaska’s Senate election due to the listing of a phony independent Dan J. Sullivan siphoning votes away from incumbent Republican Senator Dan Sullivan because of their almost identical names.

Louise Lucas, a powerful Virginia Senate Democrat, was arrested and charged Thursday on five counts, including racketeering conspiracy, the illegal sale of a controlled substance and laundering of nearly five million dollars of illegal proceeds from her activities.
