The leftwing media meltdown over President-elect Trump’s cabinet picks intensified this week with the news that he would appoint Kash Patel, the former Chief of Staff to the Defense Secretary, to replace sitting FBI Director Chris Wray.

Over the weekend, CNN ran a report by correspondent Gabe Cohen which sympathetically looked at a couple who left Missouri after the state made it illegal to perform procedures to change the gender of their 12-year-old child.

After having spent Monday morning and evening predictably defending and spinning President Joe Biden’s pardon of his scandal-ridden son Hunter, ABC News waved goodbye to this story all together on its flagship (and superficial) morning show Good Morning America. In contrast, CBS Mornings and NBC’s Today kept up the pressure, acknowledging the hullabaloo.

The men of late night comedy struggled on their Monday shows to reconcile their support for President Joe Biden and his decision to pardon his son, Hunter.
