August 10th, 2015 7:48 PM
In the liberal universe, there's no correlation between hard work or ingenuity and financial success. As President Obama recently put it, the rich are simply "society's lottery winners."
Sounding a similar theme, Al Sharpton today declared it "astounding" that Rand Paul believes that income inequality is due to "some people working harder." Astounding, indeed! What's wrong with Rand? How…

July 6th, 2015 4:48 PM
On Monday's New Day, CNN again reminded its viewers that the news network's idea of a politically balanced group of voters is to have Democrats who articulate liberal viewpoints paired with Republicans who themselves sound liberal with few conservative views expressed by anyone. June 18th, 2015 9:47 PM
Frank Bruni went petty to accuse the Republican candidates of backwards sexism in his latest New York Times column, "The G.O.P.'s Blinkered Contenders." Bruni, who previously served as a White House correspondent for the Times, used a single word by Sen. Rand Paul to bizarrely condemn the entire party for sexism – "a medieval metaphor" that "revealed an antiquated mind-set." The word? "wife."

NYT's Tale of Two Senators: 'Sloganeering' Paul, Surging Sanders
June 1st, 2015 10:14 PM
Two U.S. Senators -- one Republican, the other a socialist who votes with the Democrats -- are outside candidates for president. Both were profiled in Monday's New York Times, but with quite different results. While Rand Paul's anti-surveillance crusade was caricatured as cynical "sloganeering," socialist Bernie Sanders' modest Iowa crowds (100 people instead of 50?) were hailed as a liberal…

NYT: Sen. Paul's 'Mouth Gets Him In Trouble,' GOP 'Demands Fealty'
May 13th, 2015 10:43 AM
New York Times campaign reporter Jeremy Peters on Tuesday lent libertarian-Republican Sen. Rand Paul some slight, cynical support toward his attempt to repeal the Patriot Act, yet maintained his personal hostility toward both the GOP, which "demands fealty to hawkish dogma on national security and defense," and the candidate himself, who "can't stop swearing" and whose "mouth gets him in trouble…
