'Hardball' Scoffs at Clinton Flack's Complaint About Sanders's 'Tone'
March 28th, 2016 9:00 PM
Clinton campaign advisor Joel Benenson's recent whining about how "negative" the "tone" was from the Bernie Sanders campaign prompted an incredulous reaction from NBC's Kasie Hunt.
IBD and HuffPo Columnist Agree: Hillary Should Withdraw
March 28th, 2016 6:02 PM
Who says that there can't be occasional agreements across the partisan divide?
The free-market, liberty-loving editorial board at Investor's Business Daily and a Bernie Sanders-supporting columnist at the Huffingon Post agree on one thing: Hillary Clinton should withdraw from the presidential race. Okay, IBD wants her to "suspend," while HuffPo's H.A. Goodman says she should "concede." Both…
Blogger: Conservatives Clueless About Obama’s ‘What Works’ Comment
March 27th, 2016 2:20 PM
Conservatives have objected in droves to a remark President Obama made this past week during his visit to Argentina. Addressing a gathering of young adults, Obama said, “In the past there’s been a sharp division…between capitalist and communist or socialist…but I think for your generation, you should be practical and just choose from what works.”
The right’s hostile response, contended The…
AP, USA Today Fail to Report Size of Sanders' Saturday Wins
March 26th, 2016 10:46 PM
When was the last time a badly trailing presidential candidate in either major party won relatively late-in-the-game contests by lopsided victory margins of greater than 70-30, as Bernie Sanders did in Washington today, and greater than 80-20, as Sanders did in Alaska? I'm virtually certain that the answer to that question, regardless of what happens in Hawaii's Democratic primary much later…

Alter Sees 'Banana Republican Party,' Cruz & Trump 'Manifestly Unfit'
March 25th, 2016 9:54 AM
Appearing as a panel member on MSNBC's MTP Daily, Daily Beast columnist and MSNBC contributor Jonathan Alter tagged Republicans as the "Banana Republican Party," and declared that both men who have a chance to be the nominee -- Donald Trump and Ted Cruz -- are "manifestly unfit for high office."
As Mary Kissel of the Wall Street Journal jumped in to remind him that, on the Democratic side,…

Trump Seems Obsessed With Claiming Fox News's Megyn Kelly Is 'Crazy'
March 18th, 2016 4:59 PM
In almost two days, Donald Trump -- the presumptive front-runner in the 2016 Republican presidential primary campaign -- has used his Twitter account to regularly call Megyn Kelly, the popular host of The Kelly File on the Fox News Channel, “crazy.”
In an article on the TV Newser website, Mark Joyella explains “Why We Shouldn't Accept Donald Trump Calling Megyn Kelly 'Crazy,'” especially after…

Costello Gripes Only Women Voters Labeled, But Cited 'Angry White Men'
March 17th, 2016 8:10 PM
There was a serious case of selective amnesia induced by liberal bias on Thursday's CNN Newsroom as host Carol Costello oddly complained about women voters having labels like "soccer moms" and "welfare queens" applied to them while men supposedly escape such labeling. But just barely a week ago on her show, Costello herself asked about "angry white men" supporting Donald Trump.

Yeah, Right! Chris Matthews: 'I Hate Doing Things By Race'
March 14th, 2016 8:46 PM
"I hate doing things by race, but we do," insisted Chris Matthews by way of apology, almost, to Hillary Clinton in a townhall discussion aired tonight on MSNBC. The Hardball host said this as he was rattling through exit polling data that showed her rival Bernie Sanders did better with white voters while she commands a vast majority of black voters in primary contests.
Oops: NBC Exposes Sanders Failing to Call For Refraining From Violence
March 12th, 2016 11:22 PM
Sometimes there's a problem when a far-left reporter admiringly covers a far-left political official or candidate. What occasionally happens is that items which would clearly be objectionable to sensible people make it to print or onto the airwaves because the lefty journalist doesn't recognize how problematic they are. If he or she did, it would be kept out of their reports.
At NBC News, former…
'Fact Checkers' Side with Hillary: Sanders 'Stood' with Minutemen
March 10th, 2016 6:05 PM
Multiple political “fact checkers” have weighed in on Wednesday night’s Democratic debate, especially when Hillary Clinton claimed Bernie Sanders “stood with the Minutemen vigilantes in their ridiculous, absurd efforts to quote, ‘hunt down immigrants.’”
What is Mrs. Clinton quoting? Did the Minutemen ever shoot an illegal alien dead? “Hunt down immigrants” surely evokes the notion or murder. AP’…

NBC, ABC Skip Hillary's Benghazi Lies; Bernie's Suit 'Biggest Debate'
March 10th, 2016 2:59 PM
On Thursday, while covering the latest Democratic debate, NBC’s Today and ABC’s Good Morning America avoided any mention of Hillary Clinton being grilled by Univision anchor Jorge Ramos about accusations that she lied to the families of the Benghazi victims. Instead, both morning shows focused on the “biggest debate” of the night being over the color of Bernie Sanders’ suit.

CNN Guest Slams Sanders: ‘Old Hippie From the '60s' 'Hasn't Woken Up'
March 10th, 2016 12:52 PM
ABC and NBC’s morning shows Thursday completely ignored Bernie Sanders being confronted about his radical viewpoints during Wednesday night’s Democratic Debate hosted by Univision. In 1985, he praised Cuba’s communist regime and justified those remarks during the debate. Only CBS This Morning played the clip with Sanders’ response and this mild criticism ("A view many Cuban exiles here don't…
White Poverty and Me
March 9th, 2016 1:16 PM
In his continuing effort to pit races and classes against each other, Democratic presidential candidate and socialist Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-VT) has said that if you are white, "you don't know what it's like to be poor." He should drive some of the roads I've driven in West Virginia, among other places. Some of the homes of the white poor look like throwbacks from an earlier time.

CNN's Costello Seeks 'Fun' by Getting Hill to Talk 'Angry White Men'
March 9th, 2016 11:56 AM
Appearing as a guest on Wednesday's CNN Newsroom with Carol Costello, race-obsessed CNN commentator Marc Lamont Hill painted "white male" Donald Trump supporters as being bothered at "a rise in expanded opportunity for black people and for brown people," suggesting that Trump's slogan is really "We're going to make America white again." Host Costello set him up: "Let me ask you this, Marc,…
