If NBC executives refuse to condemn the extreme rhetoric spewing from the mouths of their MSNBC hosts, at least Fox News will. Speaking on April 25, Fox News’ Bill O’Reilly chastised Comcast for allowing NBC News to hire someone like Alex Wagner to host her own daytime show on MSNBC.
Appearing on April 24, Alex Wagner disgustingly commented that, “I think that Krauthammer and O’Reilly going after the president and saying he’s not being tough enough on Muslims smells a little bit like a precursor to is the president actually secretly a Muslim.” [See video after jump. O’Reilly appeared visibly annoyed by the sneering comments made by the ultra-liberal host, opining that, “Hard to believe that person is given a national platform by NBC News. Almost impossible to believe. I mean, what is Comcast thinking?” O’Reilly didn’t stop there, mocking the MSNBC network for its minuscule audience compared to Fox News, “The Factor's second rerun at 4:00 in the morning now beats MSNBC’s primetime broadcast."
O’Reilly then went to the actual substance of Wagner’s attack, refuting her misleading insult:
For the record, Charles Krauthammer and I did not say that President Obama is not, quote, tough enough on Muslims. We specifically analyzed why the president will not use the words Muslim jihad in describing the mode of the terror attack.
It’s a shame that MSNBC continues to employ individuals like Wagner who on a regular basis smear conservatives with hateful language. Instead of condemning employees like Wagner, MSNBC encourages them to speak with such vitriol, such as Chris Matthews, who manages to outdo himself each day with violent and aggressive language.
Thankfully, Bill O’Reilly condemned MSNBC for its failure to control its hosts, putting them on notice that such commentary has consequences.

O’REILLY: Now, there is nothing on earth that can make that woman accept reality. And that's a big problem with the terror war. No matter proof, no matter of what you see with your own eyes, it's going to be crazy people who deny reality. That the Islamic jihad is a threat to the world. No matter what you present they’re not going to accept it. Now even a powerful institution like NBC News employs people who denigrate the serious issue of Islamic terrorism.
