The saga of Dennis Rodman continues.
On Monday, the NBA Hall of Famer, in a vulgarity laden interview with CBS's Fargo, North Dakota, affiliate KXJB, said he’s going to be "vacationing" with North Korea’s Kim Jong Un in August (video follows with transcribed highlights and commentary, serious vulgarity warning):
After an unidentified KXJB reporter asked Rodman about meeting Jong Un recently, Rodman vulgarly responded, “Everybody knows I’ve met the f—ker.”
Rodman then reiterated the same nonsense he said on ABC’s This Week earlier this month about Jong Un not wanting war and wanting to speak to President Obama.
The reporter then asked Rodman why he feels Jong Un is making these threats to the United States and to South Korea.
“He’s not doing it,” Rodman replied. “Have you seen him do it? No one’s ever seen him do it. It’s all about what?”
Yes, once again Rodman wasn’t making any sense for he next asked the reported, “How’s your family?”
When the reporter said, “My family’s good,” Rodman asked, “How’s your wife?”
The reporter answered, “I’m not married,” leading Rodman to say, “Thank God.”
After some laughs, the reporter asked if Rodman anticipates going back to North Korea.
“Yes I will. In August,” Rodman answered. “I’m vacationing with him.”
I'm not kidding.
At the end of the interview, Rodman asked the reporter, “Do you have sex with women?”
And you wonder why anyone is interested in interviewing this guy.
