Actress Lindsay Lohan on Thursday advised Barack Obama to cut taxes "for those that are listed on Forbes as 'millionaires.'"
This happened on Twitter after the President tweeted, “I’ve cut taxes for those who need it: middle-class families, small businesses.”
@barackobama we also need to cut them for those that are listed on Forbes as "millionaires" if they are not, you must consider that as well

Given the confusing verbiage, one wonders if Lohan was advocating this for herself.
After all, she does owe the IRS $140,000 in back taxes.
