Glee star Jane Lynch made quite a statement during Saturday's taping of Comedy Central's Roseanne Barr Roast to be aired later this month.
According to the Huffington Post, Lynch acting as Roast Master told those in attendance, "This show is serving up more old spoiled hens than a Chick-fil-A. Oh, that reminds me...F--k Chick-fil-A."
The Post claimed this was greeted with "riotous laughter and applause."
Maybe National Review's Rich Lowry was right about the bullying of folks opposed to same-sex marriage being the wave of the future.
Of course, Lynch is no stranger to controversy.
She attacked the Tea Party as anti-Latina while hosting the Daytime Emmys last September.
The character she plays on Glee ridiculed Sarah Palin in an April 2010 episode.
More recently it was revealed by the Media Research Center that Ryan Murphy, the creator of Glee, has a new program airing on NBC this fall depicting gay parents as "The New Normal."
We certainly aren't in Kansas anymore, are we Toto?
