Appearing as a guest on Wednesday's The Ingraham Angle on Fox News Channel, border czar Tom Homan called out some of the liberal media's misinformation attacking ICE activities.
Host Laura Ingraham raised the issue by showing a clip of MS NOW's Joe Scarborough from Tuesday's Morning Joe trying to intimidate ICE by warning that they will punished after President Donald Trump leaves office:

LAURA INGRAHAM: Joe Scarborough was essentially warning ICE agents that are currently working for the Trump administration to beware when Democrats take power. Watch.
JOE SCARBOROUGH (from MS NOW's Morning Joe): I warned on this show in real time that justice will find them, that they're being told right now, "We'll pay you X amount of money, put on this mask, you can go out, you can do whatever you want to do, and Donald Trump will protect you." Donald Trump won't be in the White House forever. (editing jump) Justice will find them.
So, it's law enforcement turned upside down. Let's put the law enforcers in prison. The Fox News host posed:
Tom, I don't know what exactly he's getting at here -- there, but I think he's saying you're going to jail, you're going to be prosecuted, you're going to be bankrupted by the Democrat machine that's going to grind you into the dirt for having done this job.
Homan recalled how the media have misled the public:
Bring it, bring it. Just another lie, another fear tactic. ... this is why a lot of people, you know, are looking at ICE and what is ICE doing. Because they lie. They lie about ICE operations. They lie about who we're arresting. ... look at Delaney Hall -- "on a hunger strike, nobody is getting medication." I went up there on a surprise visit. There's no hunger strike. People were not eating in the cafeteria because they were eating out of the commissary. Everybody was getting their medication.
After noting a case in which it was wrongly claimed that ICE arrested a man while he was buying diapers for his baby, Homan continued: "We've never arrested anybody in a church. We've never arrested anybody in a hospital. We've never arrested anybody in an elementary school. But you hear it every day -- just lies, lies, lies."
Scarborough notably repeated his warnings to ICE again on Wednesday's show. By contrast, while MS NOW's flagship morning show was trashing ICE's efforts to deport illegal aliens, Fox & Friends was giving coverage to Americans who have been killed in car crashes by illegal aliens, many of whom were allowed in the country under President Joe Biden.

TOM HOMAN (laughing): Bring it, bring it. Just another lie, another fear tactic. Look, they lied about -- they lied -- this is why a lot of people, you know, are looking at ICE and what is ICE doing. Because they lie. They lie about ICE operations. They lie about who we're arresting. They lie -- look -- look at Delaney Hall -- "on a hunger strike, nobody is getting medication." I went up there on a surprise visit. There's no hunger strike. People were not eating in the cafeteria because they were eating out of the commissary. Everybody was getting their medication. But you didn't see any follow-up story on that.
They talked about we all started over arresting a father for buying diapers in a store and we arrested him while he was buying diapers for his infant child. No, we took custody of him from a jail for domestic violence. So it's lie after lie after lie. We've never arrested anybody in a church. We've never arrested anybody in a hospital. We've never arrested anybody in an elementary school. But you hear it every day -- just lies, lies, lies.
So if they want to line us up and prosecute, you better line up every member of Congress because they wrote the laws that we're enacting -- that we're enforcing. We're not making this up. You got the Immigration and Nationality Act. You got laws written by Congress, signed by Congress, enacted by Congress, and signed by President.
INGRAHAM: But why do you think the voters are giving Republicans, you know, rather diminished marks on immigration? Democrats are leading Republicans in the most recent survey on this -- a fairly comprehensive one done by the New York Times. I mean, I'm not saying I believe everything at the Times, but 52 to 45, Democrats win the trust question. Why do you think that is?
HOMAN: Because of the lies. Look, they've been working on this for two years -- lying about ICE every day, lying about -- lying about the numbers, lying about who we're taking into custody. I read a report the other day that only 14 percent of everybody arrested is a criminal. That number is close to 70 percent. So it's just lie after lie after lie. In the media, if it wasn't for this network, you know, the media is hearing all the lies, and the American people are hearing this.

JOE SCARBOROUGH: There's so many people that act with complete impunity. They think -- and you've seen it in Washington -- I've seen it in Washington. People think because one President is in the Oval Office right now, they will be there forever and they are immune forever. They are not immune forever. And these people that are going around beating up Americans, beating up future Marines, killing fathers, killing grandfathers, killing beloved people in Texas --
MIKA BRZEZINSKI: Mothers.
SCARBOROUGH: -- killing beloved people in Maine, shooting Alex Pretti, it looked like, execution-style. There will be justice. Justice will be done.
(...)
I've been warning I've been warning these ICE agents. I will warn you again, Donald Trump's not going to be in the White House forever. He can't pardon you for the crimes that you're committing every day. Follow the law, follow the Constitution. Justice will be done. So you better get it right. You better get it right because a day of accounting, a day of justice under the law, under the Constitution will come. Be careful out there. Mika, we heard about what happened in Minneapolis. What about the ICE agent up in Maine and his priors?
BRZEZINSKI: Exactly. There are so many different questions here about not just the killings that have been happening at the hands of ICE agents, but the list goes on of where norms and our laws are being pushed to the limit or broken; children defending themselves in court, having to show up to court hearings at 19 months old. Are you kidding me? People being sent to countries that they didn't even come from -- being sent to Liberia, just dropped around the world where they've cut deals with these countries, these ICE flights, these detention centers where the conditions are abusive.
People are sick and not getting the medical care they need, whether you're undocumented or documented. And, you know, we'll say it every day, whether you're undocumented or documented. No, we don't call them "illegal aliens," but the White House likes to do that and likes to call them the "worst of the worst." They're human beings on American soil, and they're being denied due process and abused.
