OMISSION: Elitist Media BLIND to ‘AIPAC Monkey’ and Gay Double Murder

September 6th, 2026 11:25 PM

A couple of eye-popping stories have found themselves off the Elitist Media evening news and Sunday shows, for obvious reasons as you’ll see below. The most obvious reason of all is that these stories don’t support any leftist narrative. If they did, coverage would be far (D)ifferent.

I’m old enough to remember when then-Florida Congressman Ron DeSantis warned against electing then-Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum, suggesting that he’d wreck the state. The term he used, “monkey it up”, sent the media into high dudgeon and became a weeklong five-alarm cycle. This is the precedent, right? Not anymore, apparently. Per The New York Post:

Palestinian journalist Rula Jebreal took heat from black lawmakers Friday after she referred to House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) as an “AIPAC monkey.”

Jebreal used the racial epithet during an appearance on lefty commentator Wajahat Ali’s “The Left Hook” podcast, as she criticized the black Democrat’s support for Israel and accused him of doing the bidding of the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC).

“His name is Hakeem. ‘Hakeem’ is an Arabic name which means ‘healer.’ He’s not a healer, he’s a divider,” Jebreal raged.

“He is a bought and paid by AIPAC monkey,” she continued. “With all due respect — and I don’t mean it in a racist way.”

“He is just basically an errand boy, and we’re done and tired,” Jebreal said.

Unsurprisingly, no one bit on this story- not even Al Sharpton! The entire Elitist Media took a collective vow of omertá and decided to bite their tongue rather than bring scrutiny on a non-caucasian activist literally calling a candidate to be the next Speaker of the House a “monkey.” Jebreal must have pointed to her “all due respect” exemption.

Now consider the kind of coverage this would have garnered had anyone on the right uttered such a thing. Manu Raju would be running up and down the halls of Congress trying to shove a microphone in a Republican elected’s face trying to get a reaction and/or condemnation, and this would be blown into a mult-week cycle.

Another story that the media dodged like Neo dodging bullets is the murder of two gay men in Arizona by a Gambian immigrant. Per ABC News:

Police in Arizona have confirmed that a shooting at a Tucson gay bar that left three people dead, including the shooter, was a hate crime.

The suspect, 44-year-old Ousman Ceesay, was new to the Tucson area and did not know the victims, the Tucson Police Department said in a news release Tuesday night.

While searching his home, detectives found a note that “indicated he acted alone and that this shooting was a targeted attack motivated by hate toward the LGBTQIA+ community,” the department said.

Here also there was not a single mention of this story across Elitist Media. Per the Arizona Daily Star, Ceesay came to the United States around 2010 on a student visa, married an Oklahoma woman, and eventually obtained U.S. citizenship via naturalization. Once again we imagine what coverage would have looked like had the shooter been a conservative.

There is a common thread running through both omissions, which is the appearance of avoiding any friction with the Islamist factions of the left. Did all the outrage over scrutiny of Abdul el-Sayed’s past statements cow the media into silence? Perhaps, proving once again that things are (D)ifferent when it comes to how the media cover the left.
