Let’s Play a Game: Fun with Hunter Headlines!

May 23rd, 2023 2:40 PM

Let’s play a game! Here are four recent headlines from the New York Post, but we’ve replaced the name “Hunter Biden” with the name “Donald Trump Jr.”

Donald Trump Jr. accused of ‘playing games’ in baby-mama child support case, lawyer rips claims he’s poor

Donald Trump Jr.’s Russian associates evade another round of US sanctions

New Donald Trump Jr. laptop website worked overtime to ‘redact genitalia’

Donald Trump Jr. cried poverty but still flew to his child-support hearing on a private jet for at least $55K

How much coverage do you think ABC, CBS, NBC would devote to these shocking stories if they revolved around one Donald Trump Jr? The networks probably would’ve jammed their evening, morning and Sunday roundtable shows full of chatter shaming Trump Jr.

Of course the above stories involved Hunter Biden and not Donald Trump’s first son.

So how much network time was devoted to them?

Exactly ZERO seconds.

The following are just four of the most recent Hunter Biden scandals and how they’ve been ignored by ABC, CBS, NBC from May 19 through the morning of May 23:

Hunter Biden “Playing Games” In Baby Mama Drama

On May 19, the New York Post reported:

Hunter Biden is dragging his feet and “playing games” in his child support case — a “hallmark Biden litigation tactic,” the mother of his out-of-wedlock daughter claims in new court papers.

President Biden’s 53-year-old son has been trying to lower his $20,000-a-month child support payments to former stripper Lunden Roberts — with whom he shares 4-year-old daughter Navy Joan Roberts — a move that Roberts has vowed to fight.

“Mr. Biden does not want to disclose his income and assets, says that he is somewhat financially destitute, while he lives on a mountain overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, has Secret Service protection, and enjoys his time abroad (which he has also lied about in discovery),” Roberts’ lawyer Clinton Lancaster wrote in court papers Friday.

Hunter’s Russian Business Buddies Avoid Sanctions

On May 19, the New York Post reported:

Two Russian oligarchs who sought out property investments with first son Hunter Biden were again spared Friday from a fresh round of US sanctions targeting Russia’s economy.

Billionaires Yelena Baturina and Vladimir Yevtushenkov dodged the Biden administration’s latest list of Russian officials and businesspeople to face sanctions even though some of the new targets seem to have similar credentials.

A State Department press release said the US “is imposing sanctions on or identifying as blocked property over 200 entities, individuals, vessels, and aircraft” as Russia’s invasion of Ukraine drags on.

Those hit with new sanctions include Kremlin figures and people with links to energy, mining and technology companies, including alleged sanctions-evading firms in third-party countries such as Canada, China and Iran.

Accused war criminals and suspected Ukrainian grain thieves also made the list.

“It’s alarming that Hunter Biden’s Russian oligarch pals are missing from the Treasury Department’s public sanctions list of Russian elites and oligarchs,” said House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) to The Post.

“We need to know if [the Biden family’s] business associates are receiving preferential treatment from the Biden administration,” said Comer, who in April wrote to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen to demand answers.

Baturina, the former first lady of Moscow, accumulated her $1.3 billion fortune through a construction business during her late husband’s corrupt reign as mayor from 1992 to 2010 — and in February 2014 transferred $3.5 million to a corporate entity associated with then-second son Hunter Biden, according to a 2020 report by Senate Republican-led committees.

Yevtushenkov’s sprawling conglomerate company Sistema controls Russia’s largest cellphone provider, MTS, and until last year owned Russian military contractors, including rocket- and radar-maker RTI and drone manufacturer Kronstadt.

Website Devoted to Hunter’s Laptop Put In Overtime to “Redact” Private Part Photos

On May 20, the New York Post reported:

A website that will serve as a repository for almost every image on Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop is gearing up to launch on June 1.

BidenLaptopMedia.com will contain approximately 40,000 images spanning from 2008 to 2019 and cover everything from humdrum family vacation photos to crack-addled sexcapades.

Hunter’s many nude images have presented technical challenges.

“It has proven difficult to redact all the genitalia in a timely manner,” said Garret Ziegler, founder of nonprofit Marco Polo, which is developing the website and already hosts all of Biden’s laptop emails and texts in a searchable public database.

“For some of the videos, it’s taken my guy 20 man hours to redact all the genitalia.”

The photos on the laptop have “never been released in full,” Ziegler said. Marco Polo will also block out social security numbers, credit card numbers, and bank account information. “We are trying to be as transparent as possible.”

“The degeneracy is a big slice of the pie, but many photos on there are very relevant and have huge news value,” he said.

Hunter Claimed He Couldn’t Afford Child-Support Payments, Flew to Hearing on Private Jet

On May 20, the New York Post reported:

Fly me a river.

Hunter Biden cried poverty at his Arkansas child-support hearing earlier this month — despite flying to and from the courthouse aboard a luxury private jet owned by his close friend Kevin Morris.

The 2001 Dassault Falcon 50 — formerly owned by country singer Brad Paisely — is registered to Plato LLC, for which Morris is the principal, California business records show.

The $6 million jet took off from Los Angeles on April 30 just after 7 a.m., according to flight records reviewed by The Post. It flew cross-country to Washington DC where it landed at Dulles Airport. Within an hour it was back in the air en route to Arkansas, transponder data show. It landed at Newport Municipal Airport in Jackson County, 34 miles from the Independence County Courthouse in Batesville, where Biden attended the hearing the next morning.

After the hearing it was wheels up around 11:30 a.m for the trip back to DC.

The 7,326-mile round trip likely cost between $55,000 to $117,000 all in — or the value of up to six months in child-support payments to Hunter Biden’s baby mama, aviation experts told The Post.

The First Son is trying to renegotiate child support payments to Lunden Roberts, 32, a one-time stripper and mother of his 4-year-old daughter, Navy Joan.

The Biden family — including President Biden — have repeatedly refused to acknowledge the child’s existence.

Hunter Biden is currently on the hook to Roberts for $20,000 a month and has already paid out $750,000, his attorneys say.

ABC, CBS, NBC evening and morning show coverage: 0 seconds.

Again, there were zero mentions of any of these stunning stories on the ABC, CBS, NBC evening, morning and Sunday roundtable shows. It can be noted that Hunter Biden’s name did come up in passing, in the following 24 second exchange on the May 21 edition of NBC’s Meet the Press

CHUCK TODD: And I’ll be honest Christopher Wray hides, he hides. He only goes before Congress and doesn’t defend the institution publicly.

NBC NEWS MANAGING EDITOR CAROL LEE: There’s a lot of consternation in the FBI about that, about the way he [Christopher Wray] postures, publicly. There’s a couple of places where this is gonna come to a head this year. And that is the two special counsel investigations, the Hunter Biden investigation and the reauthorization of  Section 702 of the FISA warrant.

That’s it. That’s the sum total of Hunter Biden coverage since the New York Post started dropping the latest Hunter Biden bombshells on May 19. It’s all still more growing evidence that the networks are in the “Protect Biden Family At All Costs” business.
