Big Tech censorship is undeniable! That’s the message from Donald Trump Jr., who slammed those who don’t accept reality. “We have to acknowledge that, I mean, literally anyone that says [bias against conservatives] doesn’t exist is either dishonest, a moron, or both,” said Don Jr.
Media Research Center President Brent Bozell sat down with Don Jr. to discuss Big Tech censorship, a problem that has plagued both Don Jr. and his father, former President Donald Trump, along with the rest of the conservative movement.

Don Jr. has been censored on multiple occasions. He said that, just last week, “I got an email from Instagram stating that in April of 2020, I posted something that violates the BBC’s rules on music. Apparently they own the music.” He went on to describe the post he was dinged for. “It was a reporter asking my father during the White House press briefing about a joke that I made on the radio about the Tiger King.” Don Jr. clarified that he “didn’t hear any music” from the post in question.
Don Jr. also discussed the subtle dangers of shadowbanning on engagement and why conservatives can’t ignore them. “You have to fight all of these things, because if you don’t, that’s when they ding you, and your engagement goes to hell. Uh, and that’s sort of how they win subtly because they figure, ‘Oh, it’s not a big deal.’ But you get two or three of those, and then you realize you get nothing for months, uh, in terms of engagement.”
Bozell called out the overt bias that Big Tech companies display when making content moderation decisions: “It’s not just stories. It’s any expression of anything made by a conservative that might somehow show liberalism or radicalism in a bad light is censored.”
Don Jr. also said that he has been “fact-checked for reposting [The Babylon Bee’s] stuff.” He was also suspended from Twitter after he tweeted a video discussing hydroxychloroquine, a drug used to treat malaria.
The former president has decided to fight back aggressively against Big Tech. He announced lawsuits against Facebook, Google and Twitter, along with their respective top executives Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai and Jack Dorsey at a July 7 press conference. He was banned from at least 10 platforms after he called for “peace” following the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol. He was kicked off of YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitch, Stripe, Snapchat, Reddit, TikTok and even Shopify. Facebook later announced that the former president would be suspended for at least two years.
