Court documents show that Bill Clinton took at least 26 trips on convicted sex-offender Jeffrey Epstein's notorious "Lolita Express" party plane. There's no indication that Donald Trump ever did. But in a segment on Epstein on her MSNBC show today, Joy Reid managed to refer to President Trump six times, accompanied by extended photo displays of Trump in Epstein's company.
Number of times Reid mentioned Lolita Express frequent flyer Clinton? A New York bagel, of course.
Give former federal prosecutor Cynthia Alksne credit. She eventually called out Reid on her selective memory. Alksne:
"To be fair, it wasn't just President Trump [Epstein] was friends with. He was also friends with President Clinton. So it's an equal-opportunity slime fest down there."
Reid was forced to acknowledge, "that's right." But even as Reid did so, instead of displaying a palsy photo of Clinton and Epstein, the show, as you'll see in the clip, yet again put up a pic of Trump and Epstein. Guess there weren't any Clinton-Epstein shots in Reid's photo bank.
And true to her goal of tying President Trump to sex offenders, convicted or accused, Reid teased the upcoming segment on Robert Kraft's woes as: "another one of Trump's buddies gets pinched!"
