Sunday political affairs programming switched gears as the networks prepare to cover (or fawn over) this week’s Democratic National Convention in Chicago. With the spotlight on the Democratic ticket, there was nary a mention of the various and sundry scandals surrounding the Democratic vice presidential candidate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz.

It appears that, as pertains to their interview of Senator JD Vance, some of the Regime Media Sunday hosts were singing from the same hymnal; particularly on a question that was racially loaded and intended to serve multiple purposes.

Seldom are the Regime Media made to look as smugly biased and factually unprepared as in this contentious exchange between GOP vice presidential nominee Senator JD Vance (OH) and ABC’s Jon Karl, over Minnesota’s “transgender sanctuary law”.

In a contentious interview, former Clinton White House operative and current ABC host George Stephanopoulos accused U.S. Representative Byron Donalds (R-FL) of repeatedly slurring Vice President Kamala Harris. But the “slur” is nonspecific, and not really a slur at all.

The Regime Media continue to do their level best to boost Kamalamania into the atmosphere. On ABC This Week, senior campaign correspondent Rachel Scott openly salivated over the prospects of a Harris-Trump debate.

Democrats know they can appear on the pro-Biden Sunday network shows and receive a gentle interview. On Sunday's This Week with George Stephanopoulos, regular co-host Martha Raddatz oh-so-gently asked Gov. Wes Moore (D-Md.) about the difference between his public and private stances on Joe Biden being forced out of the presidential race by his own party.

In the immediate aftermath of an attempted assassination of the former President of the United States and certain 2024 Republican nominee, some in the press are abandoning calls to “lower the temperature” of the post-shooting rhetoric, and have begun to blame Trump for getting himself shot.

The ongoing discourse surrounding the very public decline of President Biden’s mental faculties has broken some brains among the Regime Media commentariat as they stake their positions in the grand succession game. Among those, former DNC Chair Donna Brazile.

While sitting in as host of the latest edition of ABC’s This Week, Jon Karl attempted to gotcha Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) with the Supreme Court’s recent opinion on bump stocks, leading into an exchange on crime. The exchange did not end well for Karl.
