For all the media bluster that Elon Musk’s hostile takeover of Twitter could ultimately nuke his net worth, the goalposts have since been moved and those same media talking heads are having a meltdown over the fact that the world’s richest man just proved all of them wrong.

CNN’s Kasie Hunt is no fan of Elon Musk, and she wastes no opportunity to make that clear to viewers. As fill-in host on CNN’s State of the Union, she fretted whether Elon’s new net worth subsequent to the recent SpaceX IPO was “a sign of American decline.”

On Sunday, CNN’s State of the Union hosted Representative Veronica Escobar (D-TX) and Representative Nancy Mace (R-SC) to discuss their reactions to Graham Platners recent accusations from multiple women. Both Representatives had completely different opinions as Escobar did not seem to care whereas Mace advocated as a rape survivor.

As we’ve often said: what the Elitist Media cover on their newscasts and Sunday political affairs shows is almost as important as what they DON’T cover. This was the case with the Democrat Senate candidate from Maine: Graham Platner, where there was no mention of him at all. But the latest sexting allegations have forced a change. 

On Sunday, CNN’s State of the Union  featured a discussion with Democratic Congressman James Clyburn of South Carolina concerning The Supreme Courts latest decision against using race in redistricting. The conversation quickly turned to comparisons between the Supreme Court’s decision on the Voting Rights Act and Jim Crow-era policies.

On CNN’s State of the Union, the weekly panel discussion predictably veered to the redistricting war. Liberal panelists were still processing a brutal week for Democrats, and watched some of their arguments blow up in their face in real time.

In the midst of a fairly sober interview about the prosecution of attempted Trump assassin Cole Allen on CNN's State of the Union, host Jake Tapper attempted to nudge Jeanine Pirro, the U.S. Attorney for D.C., into commenting on Tucker Carlson and Jonah Goldberg and harsh anti-Trump commentary online. Pirro wouldn't bite. 

The Elitist Media’s Sunday shows run a tight choreography, avoiding certain uncomfortable and inconvenient subjects in near unison. If it doesn’t fuel Trump derangement, it doesn’t run. The result being that many important political stories don’t get discussed because they might lead to the “wrong” kind of political discussion.

CNN State of the Union host Dana Bash came under assault from the left on Sunday for daring to ask Rep. Jamie Raskin if he would think twice about hot rhetoric against President Trump after a third assassination attempt.

The Elitist Media’s Sunday shows wasted no time in giving airtime to the recent lurid allegations that have surfaced against Congressman and California Gubernatorial candidate Eric Swalwell (D-Fang Fang). But their coverage itself seeks to avoid some of the broader substance of the issues.

Sunday on CNN's State of the Union Host Jake Tapper used the guise of Easter Sunday to present what he called a "special conversation" with the Senior Pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Atlanta, who turned out to be Democrat Senator Raphael Warnock of Georgia. The 11 and a half minute sit-down turned out to be what many will surly  consider one of the more disgraceful left wing…

The thing about watching coverage and analysis of the ongoing Iran operation is that you think it can’t possibly get stupider. And yet, each day’s stupidity is surpassed by that of the next. We are now at the phase of discussing Iran’s memes, a discussion that CNN’s Scott Jennings rightly mocked.

The Elitist Media Sunday Shows did their part to elevate and promote the astroturfed “No Kings” rallies throughout the country as some sort of organic expression of discontent against the current state of affairs. Only one of those shows featured any sort of conservative pushback against this premise.

The Elitist Media continue to circle their wagons around embattled Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (D-FL), providing near-zero coverage of the latest episode in this ongoing saga. The omission campaign has now extended to the Sunday political affairs shows which, with one exception, a throwaway segment on CBS’s Face the Nation.
