Roughly 24 hours after the first pitch of the now-epic game seven of the World Series that was later won by the Chicago Cubs, MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews dedicated on Thursday his closing “Election Diary” to comparing Hillary Clinton to the Cubs in that while Donald Trump has closed in on her in the polls, she will still win the presidency on Tuesday.

On the heels of his contentious CNN segment on Monday doing what CNN’s journalists wouldn’t in bringing up Donna Brazile’s firing, American Conservative Union (ACU) president Matt Schlapp brought the heat on Thursday afternoon to MSNBC as he demolished the assertions put forth by host Kate Snow's brusing aside of a Fox News Channel (FNC) report about the FBI investigating the Clinton Foundation. 

In the final week before Election Day, representatives from both political campaigns were invited on Thursday’s Morning Joe, though only Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway appeared on the show and used the opportunity to thank the hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski for calling out media bias on Wednesday’s broadcast.

In light of the bombshell Fox News Channel report on Wednesday night about the Clinton Foundation, the liberal media’s shameful cover-up and smearing of the story continued well into Thursday afternoon as MSNBC acknowledged the story but repeatedly chided Fox News perpetuating a story using “anonymous sources” that’s not “corroborated or substantiated.”

In a complete state of denial on Thursday, MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell interrupted live coverage of Donald Trump speaking at a Florida campaign rally to supposedly “fact-check” the candidate for citing a bombshell report that the FBI was conducting an extensive investigation into Hillary Clinton’s e-mail and charitable foundation scandals.
