On Wednesday afternoon, shortly after socialist Senator Bernie Sanders announced he would be dropping out of the 2020 presidential race, MSNBC’s Chuck Todd hoped that the far-left lawmaker’s radical “vision” would live on and even be implemented in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

MSNBC host Chris Hayes infuriated Team Trump with a tweet on Wednesday night unspooling the kooky conspiracy theory that the White House “rolled out the model showing 100k deaths after they knew it would be less than that so they could anchor everyone to that # and take a vicotry [sic] lap when ‘only’ tens of thousands died.”

With British Prime Minister Boris Johnson still in intensive care with COVID-19 on Wednesday, MSNBC's Keir Simmons reporting from London wondered if Johnson's "populist politics" may have something to do with his illness.

On his Fox News show, Tucker Carlson calls Mika Brzezinski's accusation that President Trump has a financial stake in hydroxychloroquine "the most reckless claim" he'd ever heard during a pandemic. Tucker went on to label Mika's claim "paranoid, and crazy, and stupid," adding, "to say something like that on your stupid television show is totally wrong." 

MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell and the Washington Post's Philip Rucker decided on Monday to place the blame for the current pandemic on President Trump and red states by conveniently ignoring all contrary evidence that would suggest that partisan affiliation has nothing to do with the current health crisis.

Despite arguing just days earlier that the media should continue to cover the daily White House press briefings from the Coronavirus Task Force, on Monday, MSNBC’s Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski dramatically flipped her position, wailing that the events were “a complete waste of time” that “literally have no value.”

In perhaps the most explosive accusation yet against President Trump made by a liberal media member regarding the coronavirus, Mika Brzezinski has accused the president of having a "financial tie" to someone that leads to him to promote the use of hydroxychloroquine to treat the virus.

On Sunday's Velshi show, MSNBC host Ali Velshi joined left-wing activist Reverend William Barber in complaining that taxes on the wealthy aren't higher, and dismissed the benefits to society contributed by the wealthy. He also invoked Marie Antoinette against the Trump administration over its handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

On her MSNBC show, Joy Reid wonders whether Fox News could be liable to viewers suing the network for having misled them regarding the dangers of the coronavirus. So much for all the alarm in the liberal media about legal punishments for news organizations in the Trump era. 

MSNBC allowed Deadline: White House host Nicolle Wallace to host their coverage of Saturday’s White House Coronavirus Task Force daily briefing and, predictably, she twice interrupted to rip President Trump with like-minded guests Kimberly Atkins and Steve Schmidt. In Schmidt’s case, he blabbered that Trump was “completely over his head,” “incoherent,” “mentally….unraveling,” and “rambling.”
