On Monday’s MSNBC Live with Stephanie Ruhle, host Stephanie Ruhle brought on director of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Equity and a professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health Lisa Cooper to spout leftist talking points about healthcare and the U.S.’s COVID response. 

Appearing as a guest on Thursday's Deadline: White House, MSNBC contributor Donny Deutsch declared that many Donald Trump supporters may be "jerks" who "really suck as human beings" because they oppose some of the restrictions aimed at restraining the coronavirus pandemic.

Appearing as a guest on Wednesday's Amanpour & Co. to promote his book about President Harry Truman, MSNBC host and disaffected ex-Republican Joe Scarborough laid it on thick in trying distance himself from his former party and even the conservative movement, claiming that he had not felt good about either in 20 years, and even that he "never" cared about the Republican party.

Tiffany Cross debuts her new MSNBC weekend show, the Cross Connection, by focusing on identity politics, and pitching the show as a home for people of color.  She also manages to condescend to her audience, saying the show is the place for people who "get lost in the acronyms, the insular inside-baseball chatter that may sometimes fly over your head on cable news channels."

On Sunday's Velshi show, MSNBC host and NBC News senior business correspondent Ali Velshi hyped fears about global warming as he linked recent examples of extreme weather and natural disasters to human activity, and promoted UN secretary general Antonio Guterres's recent hyperbolic claim that humanity is "waging war on nature."

MSNBC's Shaquille Brewster reported on Wednesday's MSNBC Live that Georgia's Cobb County has decided to have fewer polling stations available for the Senate runoff elections than it did in the general, but that didn't stop MSNBC Republican Rick Tyler from accusing the state's governor and secretary of state of voter suppression less than two minutes later.

Since the November 3 election, many TV journalists have begun issuing ugly calls for vengeance and “accountability” against not just President Trump himself, but also his administration, and even his supporters.

On Morning Joe, Mika Brzezinski finds the news that Trump lawyer Jenna Ellis has contracted COVID funny, joking [if that's what you call it]: "There are now more Trump attorneys with COVID than they have election challenge wins." On Tuesday morning, MSNBC Live host Stephanie Ruhle seemed worried about Democrats possibly failing to win the runoff Senate elections in Georgia even more so than her Democratic guest, Congresswoman-elect Nakema Williams, who is also the Georgia Democratic party chair.

Democrats have made it clear throughout 2020 that they don’t like Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, but MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski took things a step further Monday on Morning Joe when she began lobbying for his arrest.

On the heels of having gleefully achieved their desired outcome in the presidential election and less-than-flattering Project Veritas videos, the Jeffrey Zucker-micromanged CNN has spent the last week on a victory lap, touting their November ratings as up 135 percent in total viewers and 209 percent in the 25-54 demo (which CNN acts as though is the only worthwhile measurement).
