January 3rd, 2011 6:44 PM
On Monday, TVNewser reported that John Roberts, who anchored CNN's American Morning from April 2007 until the end of 2010, will be joining Fox News as a national correspondent. Roberts, who joined CNN in 2006 after a 14-year career at CBS, had a reputation for liberal bias at both networks, particularly in his harsh labeling for Republicans/conservatives and his fawning over liberals.

December 29th, 2010 4:59 PM
On Tuesday morning, CNN anchor Alina Cho interviewed Lorena Bobbitt – who unsurprisingly goes by her maiden name, Lorena Gallo – to discuss her recent efforts to reach out to domestic abuse victims and combat spousal abuse. However, the network not only failed to explain the specifics of her 1993 domestic dispute – where she infamously severed her then-husband John Bobbitt's penis with a…

One of the interviews was King's clash with Carrie Prejean from November, 2009. As NewsBusters then reported, King…

December 28th, 2010 11:04 AM
Appearing as a guest on Monday’s Parker-Spitzer on CNN, Chrystia Freeland of Reuters claimed that the European economy is at an advantage compared to the U.S. because of America’s lack of universal health care. But, when fellow guest Will Cain of the National Review pointed out that America’s economy outperforms Europe, Freeland was only able to name one nation in Europe - Germany - whose…

Appearing as a guest on Sunday’s Reliable Sources on CNN, Steve Roberts - who has worked for both the New York Times and U.S. News and World Report - after conceding that the Tea Party movement is important, dismissively asserted that the movement "didn’t win. You only won a couple of seats." Roberts:

CNN's Spitzer: Obama Supports the 'Agenda For Choice in Schools
December 21st, 2010 9:24 PM
CNN's Eliot Spitzer misleadingly claimed on Tuesday's Parker Spitzer that "President Obama has done everything to push the agenda for choice in schools" [audio available here]. In reality, the President's record shows that he has actually worked against school choice, particularly in the District of Columbia.
Spitzer and co-host Kathleen Parker brought on Stephen A. Smith, an African-…

December 21st, 2010 10:46 AM
Late last week, CNN announced its plan to team up with the Tea Party Express to co-sponsor a Republican presidential debate in September. While this creates the possibility that Republican candidates will actually face questions of interest to Republican primary voters (as opposed to the typical liberal media agenda), it’s also probably the first time a media organization will partner with a…

Frank Rich: The Left Doesn't Have As Strong A Media Megaphone As The R
December 19th, 2010 11:40 AM
New York Times columnist Frank Rich has said some astonishingly stupid things throughout his career, but a comment in Sunday's "The Bipartisanship Racket" might get on his top ten list.
In the eyes of this liberal writer working for the most powerful liberal newspaper in the country, the Left in this nation doesn't have as strong a media megaphone as the Right:
Supposedly Neutral CNN Oozes All Over the Kennedy Family at End of Par
December 18th, 2010 2:59 PM
CNN's failing and flailing Parker Spitzer show ended Friday night with the supposedly (at least slightly) differing hosts joining in a round of Hosannas for the Kennedys, making the common error that there's been a Kennedy serving on Capitol Hill for 53 years straight. Wrong. There was a hole from 1960 to 1962, while Ben Smith warmed JFK's seat for Teddy.)
Kathleen Parker thinks Palin's too…
CNN's Spitzer Twice Referred to START Treaty as Being With the Soviet
December 17th, 2010 2:16 PM
It seems that Eliot Spitzer's mind is still in the 1980s, as he twice stated on Thursday's Parker-Sptizer on CNN that the new START Treaty was with the Soviet Union. Spitzer trumpeted "the all-important START Treaty, that will finally cement a nuclear disarmament agreement with the Soviet Union," and then noted that the treaty would deal with the "nuclear warheads that are pointed by the Soviet…
