Good Morning America co-host George Stephanopoulos may no longer be an official paid operative of the Democratic Party, but he’s clearly still doing the same work. The former aide to Bill Clinton parroted Biden White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain’s spin that sky high inflation is actually good news for Social Security recipients. A similarly desperate attempt was made on CBS. 

Thursday on CBS Mornings, the liberal newscast gave a whopping three teases and then doled out nearly eight and a half minutes to mocking and then warning about the right’s opposition to wokeness and the term’s embedment into seemingly every aspect of American life. CBS’s disjointed conclusion? Well, the right slamming the left for going fully woke will lead to more political violence…

Joe Biden uncorked two more brazen lies this week and the network newscasts ignored both of them. On Wednesday, the President insisted his son “lost his life” in Iraq. (Beau Biden served in Iraq, but died of brain cancer in Maryland.) On Tuesday, Biden repeated the claim that his house previously burned down in a massive blaze and that fire fighters were almost killed. (This is untrue.) 

Friday will mark two years since The New York Post broke the Hunter Biden laptop story and it’s been two full years of the Big Three (ABC, CBS, NBC) networks doing all they can to avoid telling their audiences about the stunning…

On Thursday morning, ABC and CBS showed what matters to them most. They combined to have spent more time on the last hearing of the House Select Committee on January 6 and the latest leaks against former President Trump than Americans struggling to make ends meet amid record-high gas prices, soaring food costs, and surging inflation.

ABC This Week anchor George Stephanopoulos traveled over to CBS on Wednesday to tape The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to promote his new Hulu documentary on young campaign reporters. But, before he could do that, the former communications director for Bill Clinton lamented there are no consequences for hypocrisy anymore because politics has become a team sport.

On Wednesday, Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin revealed on Special Report that Biden Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas knew that the images of migrants being whipped by border patrol agents were being misconstrued, according to a DHS e-mail obtained by the Heritage Foundation. While at the time the three evening news networks leaped to lambast the Border Patrol agents…

All three networks last week eagerly covered the allegation that Republican Senate candidate Herschel Walker paid for an abortion in 2009. But this week, with the claim that Democratic Senator Raphael Warnock — a pastor Ebenezer Baptist Church in Georgia — is part of evicting the disadvantaged, the poor and veterans from a church-owned apartment complex, they’ve shown no such zeal. 

Kudos to CBS and reporter Mark Strassmann for fairness. Strassmann, on the CBS Evening News and CBS Mornings shows was the only journalist to repeatedly note that the powerful Los Angeles politician who went on a racist rant is a Democrat. ABC barely noticed it. NBC covered the story once on Tuesday, but made no mention of party affiliation.

On Sunday during Face the Nation, CBS chief Washington correspondent, and fill-in host Major Garrett grilled Arizona Democrat gubernatorial candidate Katie Hobbs over her radical stance on abortion on demand, and it did not go well for her. Garrett, a former Fox News correspondent, seems to have remembered the journalistic lessons he learned from the network and continued to follow up…

The networks found their 2022 October Surprise, a Republican candidate to pounce on and work to destroy the GOP’s chances in the midterms. In less than a week, ABC, CBS and NBC have devoted over 27 minutes to the Herschel Walker story and whether the Georgia Republican senatorial candidate paid for an abortion in 2009. 

ABC relented on Friday morning and covered the breaking news that Joe Biden’s son Hunter may be on the verge of federal criminal charges. After ignoring the latest on Thursday night, Good Morning America allowed 172 seconds. George Stephanopoulos warned at the top of the show: “Under pressure. On Thursday, the Washington Post reported news that conservatives and other Americans have been waiting for since at least 2020, that the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has collected enough evidence to charge President Biden's delinquent crackhead son Hunter with tax and gun-related charges.
